The scent is lovely - a sweet floral fragrance? It's great! I apply it whenever my cuticles feel dry. There's absolutely nothing bad to say about this product! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 6, 2023
I really enjoyed the luxurious scent, it's like a fine perfume. The hydration seems pretty decent too. I can't think of any major downsides. It's a hand cream that doubles as a fragrance, so I'm satisfied. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 21, 2022
While opinions on the scent may vary, I find its unique fragrance, unlike anything else, quite appealing. I first encountered it as a fabric perfume and ended up buying the matching hand cream. Now I'm tempted to collect the other scents too. The packaging is beautiful, making it perfect for gifting. The moisturizing power is good, and the texture is buttery without being too thick. It's similar in consistency to L'Occitane, but slightly lighter with a bit less hydration. For protecting hands during Korea's harsh winter, it's not quite up to the task... In extremely cold weather, let's opt for products with over 30% shea butter. (Optatum only has 15%.) The fragrance has good longevity and diffusion, and they don't use mainstream scents. As a result, whichever scent you choose, it's likely to be polarizing. If it's not available at your local Olive Young, I recommend requesting scent samples from their official website to try the fabric perfume first. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 26, 2021
The lovely hydration, satisfying moisturizing power, and non-sticky texture are great. Plus, the adorable packaging design! It has a sweet fruity scent with a hint of honey fragrance. Hmm... the scent is somewhat familiar. It reminds me of a certain popular hair treatment product's fragrance. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 21, 2021
The fragrance lasts long, it absorbs smoothly without feeling sticky, which I really loved. Plus, it's quite good at hydration! The initial scent is quite strong, so those with sensitive noses might get a headache. Also, it's not exactly cheap. This would be great for those who want a hand cream with a long-lasting scent and prefer a non-sticky finish! - Hwahae UserOily SkinDec 26, 2020
Fragrance: I absolutely adore this scent! It's my favorite among all the hand creams I've sampled at Olive Young. It's truly delightful. Moisturizing power: Thanks to the shea butter, my hands feel wonderfully hydrated. Unlike some hand creams that leave my skin feeling dry soon after application, this one keeps my hands moisturized for a long time. Packaging: The packaging is incredibly luxurious and beautiful. It's simply gorgeous! Fragrance: The reason I mentioned the scent in both the pros and cons is that it seems to be quite polarizing. While I absolutely love it, I've noticed many people dislike it. Please keep this in mind when considering this product. Ingredients: When I first looked at the ingredient list, I noticed there were quite a few potentially problematic components. Although I didn't experience any issues personally, those with sensitive skin should carefully review the ingredients. Formula separation: I accidentally left the cream in my puffer jacket pocket (the jacket was in my room the whole time) and found that the oil had separated from the cream. I had to squeeze out all the air from the tube and knead it to mix it back together. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 5, 2020
• Great hydration • Lovely fragrance (smells like wearing a fine perfume) • Luxurious design • Short-lasting • Questionable ingredients (Note: effects vary, but I developed eczema for the first time after 3 months of use... Those with super sensitive skin should be cautious!) For example: I can't even use Dior lip balm - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinFeb 19, 2020
The fragrance lasts so long that I don't need to reapply often, and it's incredibly hydrating! It absorbs well, so it doesn't wash off easily when I wash my hands. This is my first time trying a perfume hand cream, and I'm extremely satisfied! I wish there was a more moisturizing version available. A lighter feel would have been even better. It's perfect for use after washing your hands, especially in winter when your skin gets dry. It's also great when you want a nice scent but using perfume feels a bit too much. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJul 22, 2019
This is the most moisturizing and least sticky hand cream I've ever used. The scent is subtle and not overpowering, which makes me want to apply it frequently. It's truly a perfume hand cream that I find myself reaching for often. The gold tube is prone to scratches. Nevertheless, it looks incredibly luxurious.
