ProsI have slightly dry skin, but not extremely dry - just about average. My skin isn't particularly oily, and I usually use cleansing oil for makeup removal. However, I found it too bothersome, so I bought this foaming oil cleanser while looking for something more convenient.
Pros:
- Hydrating (My skin feels incredibly moisturized after use, not tight but soft and supple)
- Convenient foam transformation (While it doesn't lather excessively, it still feels cleaner when you first melt it as an oil then foam it up)
- Honey scent (I find the subtle honey fragrance pleasant, as overly floral scents can be overwhelming)
Cons:
- Unsure about thorough cleansing due to high hydration (I finish my routine without using an additional foam cleanser, so I'm not certain if it removes everything. I don't use eye makeup remover either (as I don't wear mascara), but when I use this to remove eye makeup, it doesn't completely clean off eyeshadow. Though I admit I'm gentle around the eyes to avoid irritation)
- Thick consistency (It's not quite an oil texture, more like squeezing out a foam cleanser. The formula is quite rich)
While I appreciate its hydrating properties, I wish the texture was a bit smoother
ConsThe formula is too thick, making it difficult to cleanse initially! It's better when mixed with water, but still leaves something to be desired.
