I used a small amount when I had acne. While it didn't completely calm my skin, it was better than body wash and gentle enough not to cause any irritation.

There's nothing disappointing about it except that it's hard to find these days... but I guess that's the biggest letdown.

I have combination dehydrated skin, so gel types work much better for me than oils. This lathers well with just a small amount and doesn't cause any blemishes.
