I took off one star because it feels a bit tingly around the eyes..
I'm not sure if it's because of the granules, but there's a slight stinging sensation? I'm not sure what it is.
I've been using samples of this product at the gym, and it seems like there is an issue with this product.

The granules are quite small, so it's not overly irritating and the lather is nicely dense.
The cleansing power is decent, and the granules seem to provide a simple exfoliation.
Yet, it doesn't leave the skin feeling dry after rinsing with water, which is nice.

When cleansing, it's better to be more thorough than with other products (as the grainy particles can remain). Also, the fragrance may not be suitable for those with sensitive skin.

The cleanser has a slightly grainy texture (for gentle exfoliation) and a gel-based foam formula, which provides moisture while also managing dead skin cells. It seems very effective. Additionally, it helps control enlarged pores, so I use it frequently.

I don't really have any complaints. It's not overly irritating and is quite mild, so my whole family, regardless of age, uses this product.

The only downside is that there seem to be some clumped up particles in the product, which turned out to be 'hyaluronic acid-derived scrub.' While it does contain a gentle scrub, it doesn't seem to cause any irritation even with daily use. But the formulation does seem to clump up a bit. This is an area that could use some improvement.

The product claims to have moisturizing and sensitive skin care effects, but when I tried it, I was actually quite impressed. The formulation is similar to a gel cleanser, and a small amount creates a nice, rich lather. 
The cleansing power is also quite good. As someone with oily, problematic skin that's prone to clogged pores, I usually find cleansers to be a bit weak, but I didn't have that issue with this one. There was no breakout or irritation after using it.
The finish is smooth and supple, not as drying as some other cleansers I've tried for oily skin. It seems just about right for my skin type. However, those with dry skin may find it a bit drying.

I really like this low-irritation cleansing foam. There's nothing I dislike about it. It contains some exfoliating beads, but the amount is just right.

The scent is... hmm, it reminds me of those old-fashioned scented Marshmallow dolls, and I'm not sure if anyone else would recognize that. It's not a fresh, pleasant scent at all.

Transparent jelly?? It has a texture similar to konjac jelly, but it produces a lot of lather with just a small amount of use.

I was unable to feel the soothing and skin-improving effects of the Echinacea serum and cream in this cleansing product, even after using it up. It provides average exfoliation and cleansing performance. There is a slight tightness after washing. Overall, it is no different from common general foam cleansers.
The price of 25,000 KRW is on the expensive side for a foam cleanser, and it does not offer any distinguishing advantages over the more affordable options in the market. Therefore, I am unlikely to repurchase this at the regular price or even the discounted price of 21,000 KRW.

It seems that consumers who were highly satisfied with Echinacea toners, serums, and creams often purchase the foam cleanser as well. It is a mild cleansing product without significant irritation.

I use all the Lowquest products except the cream, and I'm not sure if that's why, but my skin feels so moisturized.
