I'm not sure if it's solely thanks to this product or if it's the synergy with the propolis essence, but I feel this one's making the biggest difference, which is why I'm writing this review here. However, I'd recommend using both together - they work wonderfully in combination!

The packaging is a bit disappointing. While it looks luxurious, you constantly have to flip it upside down to use it. Every time you need to apply, you have to tap it against your palm to get the product out, which is inconvenient. Given how incredible the formula is, I wish they'd spend less on fancy packaging and opt for a simple jar or tube instead

Why aren't you buying this yet? As I entered my 30s and started noticing wrinkles, I tried all those expensive skincare products claiming to transform your skin in just 14 days. But nothing seemed to tackle my eye wrinkles and smile lines. I had almost given up when Skinfood had a birthday sale, offering everything for around 8,800 won. I grabbed their caviar and propolis lines at a great discount. Now that I've finished my previous products, I'm using this along with the propolis essence. Let me tell you, my wrinkles have significantly plumped up, and my skin suddenly looks as radiant as it did in my 20s! Even my mom noticed today and asked why my complexion looks so amazing. I'm truly wondering if I need to make peace with my skin now. I'm beyond satisfied!

Using it together with the toner from the same line gives the best synergy effect.

1. For oily skin, it can cause blemishes (I just realized it contains ingredients that can clog pores on oily skin. Sure enough, after using this, I got two new pimples that I had worked hard to clear up).
2. It feels quite heavy, especially for summer use.
3. As a 20-something, the scent reminds me of my mom's or grandma's skincare products. It has that classic, luxurious skincare fragrance. The richness makes me think it should be applied at night, but when I did, the strong scent bothered me all night long.

I bought the carrot pad from the official website and tried the sample they sent:
1. It creates a rich layer that feels a bit heavy (perfect for combination dehydrated skin in winter, great for moisturizing and sealing in hydration).
2. The nourishing effect is incredible (it came with a toner, and after using it for a few days, my skin felt plump with nutrition rather than just hydration. It's similar to the feeling you get after using a firming sheet mask).

The price is a bit steep, but when the Gold Caviar line goes on sale, stocking up warms my heart

Use the emulsion as a substitute for ampoules, applying it before your cream. When it's too dry to use just cream, I layer this emulsion underneath and it's incredibly hydrating. Caviar products are known for their excellent creams, so I decided to try this too. It doesn't cause any blemishes, absorbs well, and is pleasantly moisturizing!

The container is incredibly inconvenient. When trying to dispense it into my hand, I almost bruised my palm...

✨ Pro Tip
Slapping the bottle upside down on your palm will only hurt your hand and won't get the product out!!! First, like when you're trying to get ketchup out, close the lid and shake the contents towards the opening with a flick of your wrist, keeping the bottle upside down. Once the emulsion has moved towards the opening, open the lid and tap it into your palm. Don't hit it hard against your palm, but ⭐️turn⭐️ it, stopping just before it hits your palm! But seriously, should it be this hard to use...? Please widen the bottle opening soon. It's making me dizzy!

✨ Room for Improvement
Everything is great, but because of the viscous texture...
Both the toner and emulsion are hard to dispense!
You have to turn it upside down and shake it vigorously to get the product out.
Looking at other Skinfood products, I don't think they'll change to a pump type for convenience... and the bottle design is so pretty that I don't mind if they don't change it,
but I wish they would at least make the opening a bit bigger!!
Especially for impatient people in a rush in the morning, this could be really frustrating...^^
Also, with the emulsion, you can't see how much product is left in the bottle or if you've used it all up, which is disappointing.

As I've gotten older, I've become more concerned about skin elasticity, so I decided to switch up my skincare routine. I bought this on sale at a great price and have been using it for about 3 weeks now. I always knew Skinfood products were good, but this is amazing.

First off, the gentle ingredients... I have super sensitive skin that reacts badly to new products, but I've had no blemishes or bumps at all. Even in this dry winter weather, my skin stays hydrated until the next morning, which isn't easy to achieve. And it's not because it's overly rich - it applies smoothly and pleasantly, keeping skin moisturized until the next day. I'm not sure how it manages to keep skin so hydrated without being greasy, but I'm completely satisfied!

I thought the Gold Caviar line was for older women because of the name, but that was just my preconception. I think people in their late 20s to 30s will be very satisfied with this product.

I have combination dehydrated skin with an oily scalp but dry facial skin. It gets especially dry in winter. I tend to get pimples before and after my period, and my sensitive skin reacts quickly to products with high oil content, poor ingredients, or even slight irritation.

This is the first time I've fallen in love with the packaging design of a skincare product! It's luxurious and beautiful. Some people say the container is heavy and it's hard to get the product out, but... the beauty of it makes up for everything!
I heard somewhere that Skinfood's CEO insists on using glass bottles because they're the safest for preventing product deterioration. As expected... Skinfood seems to have a firm philosophy and commitment.

The texture is slightly thick, which made me worry it might not absorb well, but not at all! Unlike most viscous products that don't absorb quickly, this one absorbs immediately -> leaves skin moisturized and soft -> effects last until the next day. Excellent absorption.

The scent is like aloe or flowers, with a hint of 'mom's cosmetics' smell. If you don't like this kind of scent, it might be hit or miss, but I found it okay even though I'm sensitive to fragrances.

The container is too heavy, and it's frustrating that even when there's a lot of emulsion left, it's incredibly difficult to get it out no matter how much you tap it.

The fragrance is lovely and the hydration power is excellent. You don't need to apply much for your skin to feel moisturized.

If you tilt it diagonally and quickly flick your wrist towards the wall, it comes out a bit better. You need to catch the product quickly with your other hand though. If you hold it vertically, it absolutely won't come out. Even if you shake it until your palms turn red, it won't work... Speaking from experience...

But there's one major flaw.
The glass bottle is so inconvenient...
It has a viscous texture, but the glass bottle is too slippery. You have to shake it vigorously about 20 times to get a little bit out.
I know Tony Moly's glass bottles are pretty, but they need to change the packaging for this one. If they do, I'll definitely buy it again...

I had the lowest expectations for this product, but I'm shocked at how amazing it is. The product quality is top-notch. What is this sorcery?

It's hands down the best emulsion I've ever used.

I have extremely dry skin. In over 20 years, I've rarely been satisfied with emulsions. I hate it when they sit on top of my skin, so I've mostly used runny, snot-like textures. But even then, dryness was inevitable... My skin is also super sensitive, so I've thrown away many products. Such a waste of money... I couldn't use just anything, but this one is good. No, it's excellent...

Surprisingly, the texture isn't the super-hydrating type I'm used to. They call it 'caviar-like', rich and nourishing, so I worried it wouldn't absorb and just sit on my skin. But boy, was I wrong!

It's just so good.
Seriously, it's incredible. I think I'm going crazy...

Ugh, my skin is so extremely dry that it rarely absorbs skincare products. I've been desperate just to add hydration, but this product nails everything - it's nourishing, absorbs well, and keeps my skin moisturized... And it's one of the few cosmetics in the world that I can actually use.
