Applying it while blow-drying and then rinsing off is perfect timing, and it prevents your skin from drying out during the drying process.

Many reviews said it had no effect, and it really didn't do much. It seems to just prevent drying while it's on... The hydrating and soothing effects felt less noticeable than aloe gel. The main difference from aloe gel is that this product doesn't drip and doesn't absorb too quickly. For definite hydration and soothing effects, it might be better to use modeling masks, aloe packs, or even homemade masks.

Price - While it's not a luxury cosmetic, considering its characteristics that lead to generous use and the smaller-than-expected tube size, it seems expensive per application.

Honestly, I bought it expecting a nice user experience rather than significant benefits. I hoped for a cool, pleasant feel and a rich chamomile scent, but the application feels no different from applying a regular skin gel. The chamomile scent is barely noticeable, only faintly detectable if you put your nose close to the tube after squeezing out some air. It feels like you could make a similar product by adding chamomile petals and powder to a non-irritating medical gel. When I used Fresh Rose Face Mask, maybe because it was in a glass container, there was a definite cool sensation and a feeling of it working on the skin, but this product lacks that sensation and feels almost imperceptible, which was disappointing.

No irritation - Definitely less irritating compared to aloe gels. Even if a small amount gets in your eyes, it's not very stinging.

Product concept and design - I originally wanted to try Fresh's Rose Face Mask, but I bought this as it seemed like a chamomile version. The simple packaging with visible chamomile pieces looks appealing and gives the impression it'll be great for the skin.

I'm prone to small bumps and blemishes, with an oily T-zone and U-zone, but overall I have combination sensitive skin.

Ingredients that work well for me: hyaluronic acid, propolis, centella asiatica extract, aloe, panthenol, allantoin, ceramides, niacinamide, chamomile, calendula, and zinc.
Ingredients that don't agree with me: oil-based products (like orange oil, sage oil, rose oil, etc.) make my skin quickly turn red, itchy, and cause blemishes.

The chamomile in this product seems to have a great calming effect.

What I love most is that it contains 75% chamomile. When you squeeze out the product, you can see it's packed with chamomile flower petals. The natural ingredients seem to help soothe my skin even more effectively. 
While I'm relaxing with the mask on, my skin feels like it can breathe comfortably.
The day after using the mask, my makeup seems to apply more smoothly.

I used to use separate peeling gels and scrubs, but this product conveniently exfoliates while masking. Unlike typical scrubs with mud, walnut shells, or salt that can feel a bit harsh, this one contains willow bark extract for gentle exfoliation as you massage it in. I'm still getting used to it, so I'm not entirely sure if it's exfoliating as effectively...

Is this what chamomile usually smells like? It seems different from the chamomile tea I drink. Some people say it smells like fermented soybean paste, and I can kind of see why! Let's just think of it as a mature chamomile scent. The natural aroma makes it a great choice for those who dislike artificial fragrances in wash-off masks.

The semi-transparent tube packaging makes it easy to see how much product is left.
It's also more hygienic to use compared to jar-type products, which I appreciate.

While it may not have dramatic soothing effects, it's a reliable daily item that helps calm small blemishes every day. After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel tight at all. Instead, it gently exfoliates, leaving my skin feeling soft!

I applied it with my hands, but if you have a brush, I think using one would help distribute the product more evenly and reduce waste!
