Bomwarm + My favorite velvet tint with a slightly deeper original lip color 1. Color It's a pale coral pink! However, when looking at the ratio, the pink stands out a bit more than the coral. It's a medium-low saturation with high brightness, so it seems like it would suit light-toned people well. When first applied, it comes up as a warm pink, but over time the staining brings out more of a cool pink undertone. So I think cool-toned people could use it well too. I'm a spring person, but it doesn't clash with summer either, so I use it often. But if you get a lot of color payoff, you might want to consider it. 2. Longevity If you layer it a few times and wipe off the excess with a tissue as the instructions say, it really lasts a long time... It doesn't come off even when I eat, so my coworker asked what I was wearing. 3. Color Payoff Personally, glossy lips suit me well, but since I have a bit of my original lip color and a protruding lip, when I apply a glossy lip, the focus goes too much to the lower part and the original color of the product doesn't show. But this product covers my natural lip color well even when applied thinly, and the color payoff is great! Of course, if I layer it thickly, it would become glossy too, but even when doing touch-ups outside, I can't really do that... So it's very convenient to use. As it's a velvet formula focused on longevity, there is quite a bit of emphasis on flaky skin. If you don't thoroughly exfoliate your lips with a generous amount of lip balm before bed every night, it can look patchy and dirty to the point of not being able to apply it. The night before, apply the Etude House Ginger Sugar Overnight Lip Mask, then the next day, clean up all the lip flakiness with a wet wipe. After that, apply the tint, and the color payoff and flakiness will be perfectly taken care of! Apply a thin layer, gradient it, and dab with a tissue a few times to clean it up. It lasted until the evening for me... In fact, if you apply it thickly, it comes off more easily. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedOct 30, 2023
The color payoff is truly beautiful and the staying power is quite good. It applies with a matte, velvety finish, earning compliments every time I wear it. A small amount tends to stick around the container opening. If not tightly closed, it can leak and become sticky. For a perfect lip line finish, gently smudge the edges with a cotton swab. This creates a lovely pastel lip look! - wh******Combination SkinRecommendedOct 14, 2023
It's delicately pretty and the color shows up nicely even on darker lips The staying power doesn't last long. It's gone after one cup of coffee. I'd repurchase if it weren't for the poor longevity Tint gradation - gk*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 26, 2022
I'm totally obsessed with Forencos lips and bought them in every shade! This Lucid color, along with Nocturne, is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for my complexion! It makes me look so radiant and I'm in love with it. For someone with small lips like me, it's the perfect base for overdrawn lips. While I'm not entirely sure about my exact skin tone, I'm definitely more cool-toned than warm. Beige or gold tones make me look older and dull my complexion, so I always go for pink tones or reds with a pink undertone. Even with orange shades, I prefer ones with a hint of pink. Lucid is orange-based but has that pink undertone, and when first applied, it's such a bright orange it almost looks neon! Forencos products generally have a matte finish with good staying power, but they can sometimes accentuate dead skin cells a bit. However, this Lucid shade feels a bit more moisturizing than their other matte lips. I always use Forencos lips as a base and never wear them alone! This is the best for overdrawn lips! I apply the matte Forencos lip as a base, overdrawing my lips slightly. Then I dab a long-lasting tattoo tint on the inner part of my lips for a gradient effect - it's perfect! Even after eating, while it may have faded slightly, it doesn't smudge or completely wear off. I'm not one to touch up my makeup often, so I'm very satisfied with its staying power. Even when I check the mirror after work, the color is still there. The first two photos are before eating, and the last one is after eating. - db******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedFeb 27, 2022
Color payoff: The shade is absolutely gorgeous, and the color payoff is exactly as you see it. Honest and precise. No need for further explanation. Longevity: The staying power is quite impressive. Even after a light meal, it doesn't wear off significantly and remains naturally in place, which I really appreciate. Ingredients: Well... for someone with super sensitive skin like me, some of the ingredients are a bit disappointing. It feels slightly itchy and puffy, if I can describe it that way? That's just my personal experience. So I only apply it when my skin is in good condition. If you apply it too thickly, it can look cakey, break down, and even create a yogurt-like effect. So here's the trick! Before application, make sure your lips are as dry as possible, even on the inside. Apply a thin layer, gently blot it off, and then apply another layer. This way, it lasts much longer! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 13, 2021
The color of this product is absolutely stunning! It's so beautiful that you absolutely must buy it for the color alone. I'm not exaggerating, it's truly amazing! Well... I can't really think of any downsides worth mentioning. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 24, 2021
Long-lasting with minimal emphasis on dead skin cells. The packaging is also pleasantly sleek. The strawberry scent resembles strawberry toothpaste, which may be polarizing for some. Creates a beautiful gradient effect when applied. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedFeb 4, 2021
I've tried many tints, and usually if they have good staying power, they're matte and prone to cracking and drying out my lips. If they have great color payoff, they don't last long. Each had its pros and cons, but this product has it all - long-lasting, moisturizing, doesn't crack, and barely stains. You don't need to touch up multiple times. It feels like I've found my holy grail! The Lucid shade is a bright, fresh pink color that's perfect for creating a spring-inspired look. I think it's important to choose a shade that complements your complexion and overall vibe. Personally, I find that orange-toned colors give me a more lively appearance and suit me better than pinks. For a more defined and beautiful lip line, try applying some BB cream or concealer to cover your lips slightly before using the tint. Once you try this product, you won't be able to use anything else. I highly recommend it! - mi*********Dry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedDec 10, 2020
As someone with cool summer undertones, I find this shade absolutely gorgeous when applied - it's like a touch of spring mixed in. The color leans more towards pink than coral, and it's truly beautiful. It seems to suit cool summer complexions perfectly. However, when worn alone, the color can appear a bit understated. I can't think of any real downsides, except perhaps that a bit too much product comes out at once.
