It's the ultimate value for money. Like other Bioderma Photoderm products, it has incredibly high UVA protection (PPD42). Since it's suitable for children, the ingredients are relatively gentle. I'm giving it two stars because it does have some merits. On Hwahae, one star means it's a complete dud.
ConsThe application is sticky, it doesn't absorb well, and it just sits on the skin. Once applied, your face doesn't just shine - it gleams like a beacon. It pills so badly you can't even apply BB cream, let alone foundation. I was shocked when I looked in the mirror. I thought I'd turned into a freshly glazed Krispy Kreme donut. To top it off, it's fragrance-free, which means it smells like spoiled milk. I used to use Photoderm Max Milk, and while that had a wood glue scent, it was heavenly compared to this. You can't even use this on your body - I don't want to become an unpleasant human wafting spoiled milk odor everywhere. Regrettably, after taking one wistful filtered photo for this review, I tossed it in the trash without hesitation. Sorry, Earth.
TipPro tip: Don't buy it. As a sunscreen nomad who's tried over 50 types, I can confidently say this one is beyond saving. It's the first product I've encountered that pills even when applied to bare skin after cleansing. Something has gone terribly wrong with this formula.
