The liquid has a slightly thicker consistency than water, so there's no issue with dripping. When applying, it feels moisturizing, and I personally keep it cool before use. Perhaps that's why it gives such a refreshing sensation when I use it. I absolutely love it! I can't think of anything to complain about. It's fantastic, and I highly recommend it!
