Pros
I have combination skin, but it was nice to use because it's gentle! I think people who don't get along with oils should avoid it.
Cons

The waterproof formula is easily removed, and there is minimal irritation even if it gets into the lips or eyes.

I used it up quickly after starting to use it sparingly... Even though I don't have sensitive skin, I started having trouble on my forehead and cheeks right after switching cleansers.. It seems like one of the two ingredients doesn't agree with me.. Using it just at night leaves a somewhat oily feeling, so I used it during my first cleanse.

😍 Soft, gentle cleansing balm!✔️ I found this product to be more soft, emulsify well, and have no granules, allowing me to cleanse gently and comfortably without irritation - better than the supposedly famous competitor cleansing balms. The product has a separate compartment on the lid to store the spatula, which is hygienic! It feels more refreshing when emulsified compared to cleansing oils.
Cons
😢 While it was a perfect match for my dry skin, it was heavier and oilier than I expected, so I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin types. The lid opens with a loud 'thud', and it's frustrating that I can't open it halfway as the durability doesn't allow it.

The makeup was really removed in one go!! It was convenient that there was a spatula included. It's in solid form, but when rubbed, it turns into an oil form, which was convenient when removing makeup!
Cons

Pros
This is the first time I've won the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program and tried the product. I'm writing this now with tears in my eyes. First of all, this is my first time using a cleansing balm, and I don't know if other cleansing balms are like this, but the cleansing power is really good. It completely removes makeup, eyebrows, and even sunscreen with white cast in one go, which is great. Since I don't use mascara, I'm not sure about that, but even tinted lip products are removed to some extent. And as you roll it on your face, it turns into an oil-type, so you don't need to buy a separate oil, which is a nice feature.
Cons
Unfortunately, it didn't suit my skin type. I should say it's too oily, even though it's low-pH, I think I need to double cleanse. The cleansing power is really good, but something about it just doesn't agree with my skin...

Pros
First, the good thing is that it lathers well and rinses off easily in water. This is my first time using the Cleansing Balm, and since I didn't do heavy makeup, I mainly wiped off the eyebrow area. It removes better than the Roadshop oil and rinses off cleanly in water, so there's no lingering oily feeling. And since it's for dry skin, there's no tightness after cleansing. I'm not sure how it would work for oily skin types though.
Cons
My mother really disliked the smell, saying it smelled rancid. I also found the smell quite unpleasant, like spoiled oil. And the fatty ingredients are a bit high up on the list, which is a bit disappointing in terms of the formula.
Tip
You'll need to use a bit more to get it fully removed, or maybe it's just that my face is on the larger side.

Pros
I've tested the powerful waterproof eyeliner, Kiss Me mascara, and shadow pigments. As you can see, they wipe off easily with a gentle, repeated rubbing. Since I have sensitive skin, I usually avoid harsh cleansers. While my makeup was difficult to remove, using the lip and eye remover, cleansing oil, and cleansing foam multiple times was quite irritating. But this product removes it all in one go, so it's less irritating to my skin and the ingredients are pretty decent! Rinsing with water leaves a refreshing feeling! I've never used a balm-type cleanser before, but it doesn't drip and a small amount goes a long way. It later transforms into an oil-like texture, making it feel soft and smooth. I'm very familiar with the aromatic scent, and I really enjoyed it! Aromatherapy scents are generally known to be calming.
