I was in the mood for an enzyme pack after a long time, so I started looking for enzyme powder. But guess what? These days, it's hard to find brands that sell proper enzyme powder. I first saw this product on Hwahae, but the price was so shocking that I just kept an eye on it. However, Hwahae offered such a great discount, and with coupons and points, I managed to order two for almost the price of one!
My husband has oily skin with a lot of impurities, so I wanted to give him a deep cleanse. Although it wasn't in the product instructions, I decided to try a method I learned from my beauty training. If it caused any blemishes, I planned to only use it during cleansing next time. The result? It was incredibly effective!
My husband didn't have high expectations, but he was thrilled when he immediately felt his skin brighten up. I'm planning to try it myself when I have the chance!
Given that it's on the pricier side, I'll have to wait for discounts to purchase it again.
My husband mentioned that the smell was a bit odd. I guess he's not used to the scent of enzymes yet.
Here's how to do an enzyme pack: Dissolve the enzyme powder in water (it dissolves easily). Lay a bare sheet mask or gauze on your face (you can cut the gauze in half for easier application on the forehead to upper nose, and from the philtrum to chin. It's fine to slightly dampen it). Using a pack brush, carefully apply the enzyme solution all over your face, then cover with a warm compress, making sure not to block the nose.
*For the warm compress, wet a towel, wring it out well, then microwave it for a minute at a time until it's warm but not too hot. If it's a bit too hot, fold it in half lengthwise and gently wave it in the air - it cools down quickly!
