I've been using this product for almost my entire life since settling on it... In my early 20s, I switched from Missha to this, and I'm so satisfied with its lasting power, application, and coverage. There's no grayish cast, and I've used so many tubes I've lost count. Once I find something I like, I tend to stick with it, so I haven't really tried many department store foundations or BB creams. But I think this is plenty good! While it does have some potentially concerning ingredients (unavoidable for makeup), it's not as bad as others. I prefer applying it with an air puff instead of my fingers, gently patting it on. It absorbs well if you've done proper skincare beforehand. I remember trying a similar product from the Magic Cover BB line, which had good coverage but more questionable ingredients, so I came back to this. The cushion version is quite pricey, so I squeeze this out and use a puff for application, only using the cushion for touch-ups. It's so practical and I love it! Harmful ingredients? ... I can't really think of any off the top of my head... It absorbs better when you use an air puff instead of your fingers! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMay 19, 2021
The Dr. Jart+ BB cream has been famous for a long time for good reason. I think it has excellent staying power. It's moisturizing, yet feels clean after application. There's a slight darkening effect, and the container is rather large and heavy. The packaging design is... well, let's just say it's unique. Pro tip: Use a damp beauty sponge for best results. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 19, 2021
The way it absorbs, its coverage, and lasting power are quite good compared to other BB creams. It's not as moisturizing as I expected. I bought it after asking a friend what she uses because her skin looked so good, but it dries out quickly on my dry skin. (For reference, my friend has oily skin.) - Hwahae UserOily SkinMay 1, 2021
I've been using this product for 5-6 years now. First off, it provides excellent sun protection, especially during summer water activities. No matter how much time I spend in the water, it doesn't wash off! It has great staying power, and even a small amount brightens up my complexion. It transfers a lot - it rubs off on masks and clothes with just a light touch. However, since it's not matte, it's great for contouring. In my case, I can easily blend nose contour with my fingers without it looking patchy. Those who use brushes might find it leaves marks. For powder contour, I prefer using the Innisfree eyebrow pencil (brown) to draw it on instead! The coverage isn't great. I don't have many blemishes except for the occasional breakout, so I don't need much coverage. It doesn't cover large pores well, unfortunately. As I have oily skin, it tends to get quite greasy. For those with dry skin, applying it after just toner should work well. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 29, 2021
It's not too flashy, has great staying power, and looks the most natural. I've been using this for years now. I've tried others, but always end up coming back to this one! The only downside is that I wish it had a bit more sun protection. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 4, 2021
Great coverage! Decent staying power! It's the best among BB creams I've tried. My skin got oily and I developed some blemishes... But it's okay if you touch up before it gets too greasy. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMay 20, 2020
I absolutely loved using this product. While it's not exactly budget-friendly, I was very satisfied with the product itself. The finish is neither too matte nor too glowy, but closer to a semi-matte texture. Before I discovered foundation, this was my go-to product. The application feels just like a BB cream. It goes on thick, but when spread thinly, it applies quite nicely. I always applied it with my fingers. The coverage is pretty good, and I was extremely pleased with its staying power. However, true to BB creams, it does have a slightly ashy undertone. Also, you need to prep your skin well for a beautiful finish! It can sometimes look patchy or pill, so always make sure to have a solid skincare routine in place. I recommend applying an appropriate amount after thoroughly completing your skincare routine. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinFeb 9, 2020
This is one of the products I've been using consistently since receiving it as a gift. The coverage and longevity worked really well for me. I'm quite satisfied with it, so I didn't find any particular drawbacks. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 10, 2020
The best thing about this product is its impressive staying power! Once applied, it lasts for a long time, which I really appreciated. It also naturally brightens the complexion, making it a great choice for those who prefer a more natural makeup look. The biggest drawback is that on days when I use this product, I tend to experience skin blemishes. By the evening of use or the next day, I notice small red blemishes appearing, which is disappointing. Additionally, the product doesn't feel very hydrating and seems to dry out quickly. If you have dry and super sensitive skin like me, I'd advise you to carefully consider before purchasing. The coverage is decent, so it's best to apply a small amount only to areas where you want coverage. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAug 24, 2019
I absolutely adore this product! While some people call it a 'dark BB cream', it's a perfect match for my skin. I've been using this BB cream since middle school. The staying power is phenomenal - no need to even mention it. I always use shade #2, which is bright enough and just perfect. It's so bright that I wonder how light shade #1 must be! This is truly my holy grail BB cream. In winter, it can be slightly drying, but the absorption is still excellent and it feels moisturizing. It doesn't transfer much either. I'll use this for life! The amount seems small compared to the price, so the value for money isn't great. The container is hard and quite large, making it inconvenient to carry around. When you're almost finished, you can't access the product stuck to the sides - it just won't come out. In winter, it can be a bit drying and may cause some flaking, but that might just be my skin acting up.
