I was thrilled to win a Hwahae box and eagerly tried out the product! I don't usually buy or use sheet masks, as I'm not sure how to properly incorporate them into my skincare routine. However, when I checked the ingredients, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this product contains no harmful substances! (As someone who judges products solely based on ingredients, this aspect really caught my attention!)
The scent was either unscented or very pleasant. When I opened it, there was a mask sheet and plenty of essence, which was great for applying to my face afterward. The mask was large enough to fit my face well, and it adhered closely rather than feeling like a simple cotton sheet. I didn't have to worry about it falling off, which was a plus!
After using it, I noticed a reduction in redness, and most importantly, I didn't experience any blemishes, which was such a relief! It's clear that using a mask before bed really helps brighten the skin and reduce blemishes!
Hmm, I didn't really find any downsides. Just make sure to align the mask carefully when applying it to your face!
After cleansing, I applied three layers of Dokdo toner before putting on this mask. I set a timer for about 25 minutes while wearing the mask. Once finished, I removed it and generously applied the remaining essence from the packet all over my face.
Usually, I apply emulsion and essence separately after toner, but when using this mask, I just used toner and the mask to complete my routine.
Pro tip: If you store it in the refrigerator, it becomes delightfully cool, giving you an extra refreshing sensation when you use it!
