The mask is absolutely soaked with toner. It's so drenched that it feels wet to the touch.
The material quality seems subpar. It has a cheap feel to it. When tearing it with your hands, it's reminiscent of tissue paper or Korean traditional paper. In any case, it's not great. The sheets are so thin that they stick together and tear easily when you try to separate them.
