ConsAs soon as I applied it, my chin area became itchy, and the next day I got blemishes on my cheeks, so I had to stop using it after just one day

My face doesn't feel tight.
ConsHowever, I found that after applying this, I would get breakouts when I woke up...so it seems to be a product I can't use.

It comes in the form of cystic, closed comedones, and folliculitis (at its worst). * My skin is extremely oily, and products that clog pores, irritate, or overly dry my skin don't work for me. I've tried dozens of different skincare products, been to dermatologists (3 times), skin clinics, supplements, and Chinese herbal medicine - I've tried it all. * My go-to moisturizer was discontinued, so I've been a skincare nomad. The positives: 1. After trying several products that all caused irritation, redness, and cystic/comedonal acne, this one didn't seem to aggravate my skin. There was no redness, tightness, or breakouts after using it.
Cons1. Regardless of skin type, if you have any kind of breakouts or oily skin, this product might cause an oil explosion. As someone with sensitive, acne-prone, and dry skin, this completely clogged my pores. I started getting cystic and closed comedonal acne the very next day after using it... It's really risky, especially for troubled skin, so I'd recommend thinking it through before purchasing. As you can see in the photos, my acne flared up significantly. 2. The formula is difficult to spread evenly. When you squeeze it out, it comes out thick and stiff, so you have to really rub it in with your hands, which ends up wasting product. 3. The price is just too high. Even on Coupang, it's around 35,000 won, which is a lot to spend.
TipIf you do decide to use this, it's best to warm up the product in your hands first before applying it gently to your face.

Recently, my facial skin has been turning over, so I've been calming it down with sulfur ointment, but there's a lot of peeling on my chin and it's itchy. Before applying, I only checked that there were no bad ingredients, but when I received it, I found that shea butter, which doesn't suit my skin, was included in the full ingredients, so I'll have to be very careful about the amount I apply. My skin is dry, but when I apply products with shea butter, bumps like milia come up. When I have skin troubles on my face, I stop using it and use it on my body instead. The first impression is that the ointment-type formula is sticky and adheres well to the skin. The fragrance-free cosmetic scent, which is like the smell of a candle, isn't great. It seems to be effective on my skin's psoriasis-like condition. The contact dermatitis and peeling on my chin have improved a bit. 🤦🏽♀️Unfortunately, after using it for about 4 days, I got two very large pimples on my chin and two on my forehead, and I can't tell if it's because of my hormones or the product. I'll try using it for a month and add a review.
ConsI got a lot of very large and painful pimples on my face, possibly due to the shea butter or my premenstrual hormones.
TipApply only a small amount to your face.

However, during the harsh winter, I felt that Zeroid MD alone was not enough, so I had been using other creams as well. When I tried the Incentive Ointment Cream this time, I found that it had more oil content than the MD, so it formed a moisturizing layer and provided good hydration, making it suitable for use in the winter. My skin did not become reddened and felt moisturized. The image on the left shows the Incentive Ointment Cream. The Incentive Ointment Cream has a thick, ointment-like texture, so it needs to be spread evenly.
ConsWhen I applied it generously for a few days, bumpy spots appeared around my eyes. It seems that reducing the amount used will help.
TipEven a small amount provides good hydration, so don't apply it too excessively~

It was really hard to take care of my skin while raising two kids.. I couldn't even apply lotion properly, and my skin was completely ruined. But after just one day of using it, the effects are amazing! There's no tightness or stickiness at all - I'm really satisfied.
ConsMy husband has sensitive skin and he said it makes his skin itchy :( I guess different skins work better with different products, and that's a bit disappointing.

I'm excited to try the new cosmetics...
ConsI suddenly had a ton of acne on my cheeks,,,,,,,,, I didn't have any before but it got really serious and I was so depressed. It must be because of the pore-clogging ingredients. A lot of people say it's good but I guess it just doesn't work for me ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

ConsI had to discontinue using this product as it caused persistent heat sensation and acne breakouts, perhaps due to my weakened skin barrier.

Very similar to the Bioderma Sensibio AR Cream, but the Zeroid Intensive Cream is slightly more fluid. ✔Usage Definitely better for dry, dehydrated skin compared to the Zeroid line, but the Zeroid products seem to be more focused on hydration overall. The Zeroid Ampule was the most moisturizing and nourishing, while the lotions and creams didn't quite meet my hydration needs...ㅠ The Zeroid line might be better suited for oily skin types who prefer a more refreshing moisturizer.
Cons➖Heat sensation Similar to Bioderma products, it's best to avoid if you have redness-prone, heat-sensitive skin. The redness keeps intensifying, even without a noticeable heat buildup. Seems to be irritating the redness. (Not confirmed) From my personal experience, it was similar to using the Bioderma Atoderm PP Balm, where there was no breakout reaction, but just increasing redness.

Criteria for choosing cosmetics: The top priority is finding products that don't cause breakouts. Since I don't know what might trigger my contact dermatitis or allergies, I prefer products with minimal ingredients that perform their functions well. I first encountered the Zeroids brand through their Zeroids Soothing Lotion, and used the Soothing Lotion + Soothing Cream, but felt they were lacking, so I switched to the Intensive Cream (used alone). After using a few jars of the Intensive Cream, I heard the Intensive Ointment Cream was good for hydration, so I decided to try it. At that time, my face was in the following condition: The Intensive Cream had just run out, so I ordered the Ointment Cream. Before it arrived, I was only using the Zeroids Soothing Lotion (a different line from the Intensive). -> My contact dermatitis was flaring up badly under the mask. It seems the mask environment was unsuitable for me. The Soothing Lotion alone was likely too drying. In the morning before 8am work, I'd apply it, but by 4pm, my masked face would start itching. I didn't want to use anything else, as it might make it worse. So I just endured it - my face was very itchy, red, and bumpy with milia. Then the Ointment Cream arrived, and I started using it immediately. I like that the ingredients are straightforward. Even though the main ingredient is oil, it doesn't feel sticky or heavy when applied. It applies very smoothly and softly, with a velvety, cloud-like texture. The texture is like a greaseless version of Vaseline. The application experience is incredibly smooth and pleasant. After use, the skin feels so soft and supple. From the first application, my skin felt immediately soothed. It's not that it has a soothing effect, but rather that the proper hydration helped calm the contact dermatitis. After about 3 days of use, the itchy, red, bumpy skin from the contact dermatitis completely subsided. I was so impressed - the Zeroids really are amazing. It can also be used as an eye cream, as the oil-based hydration is so effective.
ConsAfter using it for over a week, I started getting cystic acne on my cheeks and chin under the mask (a completely different issue from the contact dermatitis). My skin became this sensitive due to the oil-based nature of the product. The acne that came up was similar to what I get after oil massages. It's really disappointing that my skin doesn't seem to tolerate the oil well.
TipIf you're someone who doesn't tolerate oils well, this product likely won't work for you either. I really wanted to try this cream so badly, as the ingredients are so straightforward and the reviews are overwhelmingly positive. I have a lot of trust in the Zeroids brand and genuinely love the company, to the point of bringing their products into my own store. But this one just doesn't work for me because the oil doesn't agree with my skin. I wonder why I don't tolerate oils well. It's clearly not the fault of the cream, but rather my own skin's intolerance to oils. I would recommend this to people with dry skin that tolerates oils well, those with contact dermatitis who also tolerate oils well, and those with allergic skin that does well with oils. It's great for providing immediate, intense hydration to very dry skin. But pre-testing is absolutely essential. I know this is a truly great product, but it just doesn't work for me, so I had to take off a star. 😢
