Pros
The difference between when I use it and when I don't is so huge! I was looking for an essence to replenish the moisture in my very dry hair, and when I started using it, my hair became so soft and smooth the more I applied it!!! With consistent use, the ends of my hair have become softer and smoother.
Cons
When I don't use it, the stiffness returns a few days later. I'm not sure if other products are like that too. And without realizing it, I end up using too much, so it runs out quickly... The price is really cruel... I have to use it sparingly...

Pros
The hair is in a healthy state with regular trimming and straightening. It has curly, thick, and voluminous hair. Even after perming, the hair requires daily blow-drying and curling iron use. The hair appears thick but is actually hollow(?) inside, making it very difficult to style at the salon. The hair is about waist-length, and I use brown hair dye along with straightening. I also regularly trim the hairline and style it with a curling iron. I've been using Aveda products for 2-3 years now, as recommended by my sister who is familiar with the brand. It absorbs quickly when applied and does not feel sticky or slippery at all. It immediately becomes moisturized without leaving a residue. It feels like I'm using an Aveda product and I get a sense of investing in myself.
Cons
The moisture supply is fast, but the moisturizing is poor. There is practically no moisturizing power. My hair is thick, stiff, and abundant with a mix of slightly curly and straight hair. It's semi-long hair, and I usually get perms and dye it before the previous ones wear off, so the ends are always damaged. Since my hair is abundant and dry, I prefer a heavier and more nourishing product that gently presses down rather than a light formula. So this product was really not my preference. From the moment I squeezed it out, I knew it was excessively refreshing, not sticky, and felt like I had squeezed out a sebum-control face lotion. But I still gave it a try, and my hair ended up dry and flyaway. So from then on, I would towel dry my hair, apply this, and then blow dry it until it was slightly damp, and then add a slippery essence.
