It seems mild. Both my older child (21 months) and younger child (4 months) can use it without any trouble at all. The scent is not bad either.
Cons
It doesn't produce a lot of lather. It might have a lot of oil content, so to speak. The body feels moisturized after washing, but the hair starts feeling greasy again quickly.
