Instead of applying in circular motions, try smoothing it on in one direction to reduce pilling.

The UV protection seems less effective than expected, so I want to apply more, but when I do, it starts pilling like dead skin cells. Also, while the ingredients are good, it seems to cause some irritation to my skin. After using it for about a week, I realized the sun protection isn't adequate. Even with frequent reapplication and using the recommended amount, there's a clear line between my forehead (protected by my bangs) and the tanned area below. I can't recommend this as it fails to perform the basic function of a sunscreen.

The ingredients are gentle, and despite being a mineral sunscreen, there's hardly any white cast! It's also incredibly hydrating, so it absorbs well into the skin.

Like with most sunscreens, I find myself reapplying every 2-3 hours.

It applies as lightly as a gel, which is great. There's a refreshing feel after application that I really like. In hot summers, a heavy base can make you dread putting on makeup, right? But this cream is surprisingly lightweight for a cream. It applies smoothly, and the fact that it's fragrance-free is a big plus!

What's more, when you think of sunscreen, white cast often comes to mind. But when I apply this, it feels more like I've used a brightening moisturizer rather than leaving a white cast. It seems to give my complexion a radiant boost.

Best of all, it doesn't cause any blemishes, which is fantastic. I even got my husband to use it - he usually hates sunscreen because it feels hot on his skin, but he's been diligently applying this one.

I'm not convinced it provides strong UV protection. It dries to such a matte finish that it doesn't feel very hydrating on the skin.

Unlike other sunscreens, this one doesn't leave a white cast and feels incredibly hydrating when applied. It dries to a soft, matte finish that's perfect for makeup application. I think it's the best base for makeup!
