Cons- It left a slightly rich feeling on the skin - There was a bit of residue after application - Not ideal for use before applying makeup
Tip- While it's great for replenishing moisture before bed, I found it somewhat unsuitable for use before applying makeup

When I received the package, I couldn't help but be moved. There was a heartfelt handwritten card introducing the Suiskin brand and its philosophy, adorable stickers, and even a thoughtful gift of vegan cookies to complement the birch sap vegan ampoule. I thought, 'So this is how marketing should be done!' It really struck a chord with me and was quite eye-opening! What further increased my interest and fondness for the Suiskin brand was the packaging. Not only the product itself, but even the packaging was designed as an eco-friendly package that allows for separate disposal of each container. When I opened the package, there were even kind instructions on how to properly recycle at the top. With the ever-growing piles of trash these days and the confusing recycling methods, it's been weighing on my mind. I hope more companies start considering the environment like this. After using the birch sap ampoule product for about a week, here are my thoughts. As someone with extremely combination dehydrated and sensitive skin, the fact that it contains 80% birch sap instead of purified water makes it suitable for combination dehydrated skin, with a texture that's neither too thin nor too heavy. It applies lightly and moistly, absorbs well, and the hydration is quite satisfactory. To elaborate on the hydration, as the weather's gotten colder, my combination dehydrated skin issues have been at their peak. But it's as if this product knew my skin concerns - it reduces oiliness just enough while filling my skin with moisture. It gives a feeling of being full of hydration, as if the skin is holding onto moisture. I'd recommend this product to anyone with similar skin concerns. It's also gentle enough for sensitive skin, and I've been using it without any blemishes so far. It matches well with my skin type in many ways, so I've been using it right after the toner step to fill my skin with hydration. After the ampoule step, I finish with an emulsion and cream.
ConsWhile it's more of a personal preference issue than a flaw with the product, I find that after the ampoule is absorbed, there's a slight residual feeling or stickiness, despite its good application, absorption, and moisturizing properties.
TipThe ingredient list, dominated by birch sap, is reassuring. I'm using it generously, won over by how it fills my skin with moisture without irritation. While it might be presumptuous to call it my own beauty secret, on winter days like these when my skin feels dry between morning and evening routines, I sometimes mix the ampoule with cream, adjusting the ratio based on my skin's oil and moisture needs, and apply it.
