While it's still reasonably priced even with shipping costs, free shipping would have made it even better. Other than that, I'm really satisfied with it overall and enjoying using it.

They weren't inflamed, but they were red and bothersome. Fortunately, I discovered the Hwahae app later on and learned about the cause of these issues. Since then, I've been using Hwahae to research and purchase not just facial products, but also hair and body care items. The Whienne Moringa Body Wash not only has a pleasant fragrance, but it's genuinely comforting. The oil and moisture balance is just right, and I'm very satisfied. After showering, I don't experience any dryness, except during winter.

There are no downsides. I can only think of good things! If I absolutely had to pick something, maybe I wish the scent lasted longer after showering?

I discovered this product about 2 years ago and tried it because the ingredients looked promising. Sure enough, it turned out to be great! My skin is super sensitive, so I can't use just anything, but this worked really well for me. It's a large size, so it feels like one bottle lasts for a year? That's how much product you get - it's fantastic! It's not widely known yet, but I hope it becomes popular soon so it doesn't get discontinued. If you have sensitive skin, you must try this! I think I'll keep using only this from now on. It has a fresh, herbal scent, but after showering, the fragrance dissipates, so you can consider it unscented.

Usage experience: First, the pump volume is sufficient, and it lathers well. I use a body brush, and with a little extra pumping in the middle, I seem to use about 1.3 pumps per shower. After rinsing, it doesn't feel slippery or squeaky. So it's been suitable for use in all seasons, and it rinses off completely without leaving any residue. (In the winter, I use a body oil or lotion for additional moisture.)

The causes of skin troubles can be quite varied (leftover shampoo or body product, dead skin, etc.), so I can't say this product is solely responsible, but the gentle ingredients, cleansing power, and thorough rinsing have likely helped manage the issues. (If anyone is struggling with skin troubles, I'd recommend trying gentle products like Wehwasin Body Brush and Pure Therapy along with this one.)

This is amazing! When I was pregnant, I couldn't use other cleansers because their scents were too strong. But this one is as gentle as soap, so I could use it comfortably.

Squeeze out a small amount, work it into a rich lather, and gently massage it all over your body! Make sure to rinse thoroughly for a clean finish!

Oh my goodness, this is amazing!

I've always had issues with body emulsions since I was young. I found it annoying to wait for them to absorb, so I avoided using them. As a result, I developed what I think was keratosis pilaris? Those bumps were always there, and when I tried to remove them by scrubbing or exfoliating, my skin would get irritated.

But when I first tried this product, I thought it was just an ordinary body wash. However, after using it, my skin didn't feel tight at all - it felt great! About a month after I started using it, I noticed one day that my keratosis pilaris had significantly faded, and some areas were completely clear! The ingredient combination must have worked really well for me. I'm so happy!

The scent is similar to citrus peel placed on a warm stove (it's more fresh, not burnt or toasted). However, the fragrance is subtle. It fills the bathroom while you're using it, but it fades quickly and doesn't linger on your skin. The scent doesn't last long at all! I don't mind this for body wash or emulsion. It's actually great because it doesn't interfere with my perfume.


The only downside is that there's no price information on Hwahae. Other than that, everything seems great!

This product is free from harmful ingredients and has excellent cleansing effectiveness. The large size makes it worry-free to use. I really loved the fresh, invigorating scent too!
