  It's gentle yet effectively removes makeup. Among the products I've tried, this one is the best at controlling sebum.

  Usage period: About 5 years, using 3-4 bottles per year. Cleansing effectiveness: Removes most makeup well, except for stubborn mascaras. Texture: True to its name 'Cleansing Milk', it has a thin emulsion consistency. Recommended skin types: Provides adequate hydration for dry skin. Friends with oily and combination skin also use it with great satisfaction. Price: 14,000 won for 200ml. Price decreases when bought in sets. Personal benefits: Since using this product, I've never had to exfoliate my face separately. No more flaky dead skin cells when applying makeup in the morning. I consider its ability to cleanse and manage dead skin cells simultaneously as its greatest advantage.

  Not recommended for those with extremely oily skin who prefer a squeaky-clean, powerful cleansing sensation.

  Tip

  You need to pump once, massage thoroughly, and then emulsify with water, making sure to rub it in well. For those with severe blackheads, it's also good to use a cleansing oil about twice a week in conjunction with this product.

  For a first cleanse, there's nothing better than this to maintain the perfect oil and moisture balance. It's truly gentle with zero irritation or dryness. You won't need a second cleanse at all, leaving your skin incredibly soft. Use a generous amount and massage it in - it removes everything. This cleanser really protects your skin barrier. Maybe it's because I don't wear heavy makeup, but it cleanses thoroughly. The ingredients are excellent and the price is great, so I'll definitely keep stocking up on this. For first-time buyers, I recommend trying one bottle to start.

  This might be great for those with dry skin. After washing, I loved the slightly moisturized yet fresh feeling. I've been getting blemishes despite being careful with cleansing, so I tried switching to this product and it seemed pretty good. However, it looks like the blemishes coming back after a while is unavoidable, unfortunately.

  Cons

  I wouldn't recommend this for people with oily skin. After washing, it might not give you that squeaky clean, refreshed feeling.

  Tip

  When I massaged it for a long time to remove dead skin cells, I felt my skin texture becoming more refined and my blood circulation improving.

  Pros

  The only positive aspects I can think of are maybe the ingredients? Or that you can see how much product is left because of the transparent container? That's about it.

  Cons

  The cleansing effectiveness is just too weak. I used to love the pure green tea soap, so I decided to switch from my usual cleanser to try this one. But it's really disappointing... (When I say the cleansing power is poor, I don't mean it doesn't give that squeaky clean feeling. I mean that when rinsing, it feels like the oil isn't washing off... like it's still stuck in my pores.) I don't even like that squeaky clean sensation, but this doesn't give any clean feeling at all. It's just not good. I'm wondering why I even bought it.

  Tip

  A single pump dispenses quite a lot of product. Just use one pump.

  After my skin reacted badly to a cleansing oil, I wasn't sure what to use. But this product is truly gentle and its cleansing effectiveness is amazing! Right after using it, I can feel it working on whiteheads and small bumps.

  Cons

  Using this alone for cleansing feels a bit slippery, so a second cleanse is necessary (I usually prefer that squeaky clean feeling).

  Tip

  As I mentioned in the drawbacks, I use this for my first cleanse and follow up with a cleansing foam. But the benefits far outweigh any downsides.

  Pros

  Skin type: Dry + Sensitive + Flaky + Prone to small blemishes At first, I thought I'd been duped. But since I'd already bought it, I decided to give it a try. I've been using it for 2 weeks now, albeit sporadically. Despite that, about 90% of those dark sebum spots on my cheeks have disappeared! There are still some left on my forehead and nose, but I guess they'll fade with time, right? Even my small blemishes have slightly subsided! As you massage it in, you'll feel tiny particles - could be dead skin cells, blackheads, or whiteheads. Even after cleansing, you can feel something grainy on your skin. It's like the sebum is slowly starting to surface... I didn't experience any overall stinging. Only a slight tingling where I had some skin inflammation near my nose. I really regret not taking a 'before' picture! It's amazing. I can't believe those gray spots on my cheeks are disappearing...

  Cons

  It's not very effective at removing makeup, especially waterproof products. You won't get that squeaky clean feeling, but your skin does feel soft after washing. You need to massage it in quite a bit during cleansing. Unlike the ads suggest, you won't see blackheads, whiteheads, or sebum popping up. As you rub, you'll feel something on your hands - could be dead skin cells, sebum, or blackheads, it's hard to tell. Also, I've used other products, so I'm not sure if it was because of this or something else, but I had a brief breakout that cleared up quickly.

  Tip

  For the first cleanse, massage thoroughly before rinsing, then follow up with a second cleanse. Make sure to roll it well on your skin. When I feel something stuck on my skin or sebum that seems trapped, I gently use a mild daily exfoliator on those areas. Then, if I immediately follow up with my skincare routine, I can feel how smooth my skin has become! Reading other reviews, it seems this product works well for some and not for others. Even for those with sensitive skin, it's hit or miss. I have sensitive skin and it worked fine for me. If you're prone to blemishes, think twice before using this. The Hwahae Testers seem divided on this one!
