After a laser treatment at the dermatologist's, they practically insisted I buy their 'regenerative ointment'. In the rush of the moment, I purchased it thinking it was an actual ointment... haha! I'm not sure about the exact amount, but it does contain beta-glucan. It's not actually an ointment, but a cosmetic product. It would be more accurate to call it a regenerative cream. However, I can't really vouch for its regenerative properties. I've updated my review: It is indeed a regenerative cream containing 0.01ppm of EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor). - is*****Normal SkinSep 8, 2020
I just bought this on my dermatologist's recommendation. What's going on? I can't believe it contains harmful ingredients. I was planning to use it after laser treatment. I had no idea there were so many harmful ingredients. If I had known, I wouldn't have bought it. - co********Dry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 28, 2020
My dermatologist recommended this as a regenerating cream after laser treatment. Since they advised against using skin emulsions with acidic ingredients, it's great that I can address dryness immediately with this cream after cleansing. The fragrance is lovely, so much so that it could double as a perfume. It applies smoothly and provides hydration while combating dryness all over my face. I bought this trusting it because it was sold at the dermatologist's office. However, after checking the ingredients on Hwahae, I noticed there are some potentially harmful components. It would be better if they reduced these ingredients and lowered the price a bit. I've heard that dimethicone acts like a film on the skin. Since it's sold at dermatology clinics, I wish they'd pay more attention to the formulation. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedSep 21, 2019
I bought this as a regenerating cream for blemish removal. It's wonderfully moisturizing and great for my dry skin. It's a bit pricey, which is unfortunate, but buying online makes it slightly more affordable. - dn******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 11, 2019
I got this regenerating cream recommended by the clinic after my Ulthera Shrink and Rejuran Healer treatments Apart from being moisturizing, I'm not sure if there's anything special about it. It just feels like a regular hydrating cream. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 26, 2019
It absorbs well and quickly soothes irritated skin. The price is quite high, and it's unfortunate that it can only be purchased at dermatology clinics. It's great to use in summer when you don't feel like applying multiple products. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedApr 10, 2019
First off, I love the cool gel-like texture that's packed with hydration and absorbs into the skin with a satisfying bounce. At first, it feels a bit sticky, but after about ten seconds, it absorbs completely - the absorption power is really impressive. I'm not sure if the regenerative effects are particularly noteworthy. It's just an average cream that you can use without any issues. If you layer another cream on top of this one, it might pill. It's best to use this cream alone before applying makeup in the morning. At night, you can apply it thickly like a mask for extra benefits. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 13, 2018
I bought this after my dermatologist recommended it following a Fraxel treatment. Despite having sensitive skin and the ingredients not being particularly impressive, I used it without any blemishes or small bumps appearing. It's hydrating and doesn't pill. Plus, the fragrance is lovely! I just wish the price was a bit more affordable. - ij****Dry SkinDec 16, 2017
I used this after laser treatment. Instead of applying ointment, I consistently used this cream, and it helped the scabs fall off gently, which was great. I also applied it to untreated skin, and it's a nicely moisturizing, versatile cream. Perhaps due to the alcohol content, I felt a slight irritation when first applying it. My skin is extremely sensitive though.
