  Hwahae Cosmetics Showcase Event I'm excited to try out my first winning product! Here's what I love about it: Firstly, it has a pleasant scent and offers great value for money. Secondly, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it lathers. It's so satisfying to watch the bubbles grow and multiply! Thirdly, I appreciate that it doesn't leave a slippery residue. I'm not a fan of that lingering slick feeling after showering, as it makes me feel like there's still product on my skin. This one rinses clean without any of that. Lastly, the foam dissipates quickly, which could be seen as both a pro and a con. On the plus side, it makes cleaning up after your bath a breeze - no lingering suds to deal with!

  Cons

  As for the downsides, the short-lived foam might be an issue for some. It seems to last less than 20 minutes. Also, you need to use about three times the recommended amount to get a good lather going. Still, considering the price point, it's not a bad deal overall.

  Tip

  For best results, use water pressure to create the foam - it lathers up much better this way!

  Pros

  Here's my Hwahae review: 1. Gentle foam It doesn't create a lot of lather, but rather a fine, very soft foam. However, because of this, the bubbles dissipate a bit quickly. 2. No slippery feeling on the body You don't need to rinse off with a separate body wash. It leaves you feeling clean and refreshed. 3. Moisturizing Usually after a bath, the salt can make your skin feel dry and tight, but that's hardly an issue with this! As someone with sensitive skin, I find this bubble bath very gentle and non-irritating. It's an excellent choice for a soothing soak!

  Cons

  The only downside is that if you're expecting lots of bubbles because of the 'bubble salt' name, you might be disappointed. The gentle foam doesn't last very long. Also, this is completely my personal preference, but while the scent is nice, I prefer products with almost no fragrance. In the warm steam of the bath, strong scents can irritate my nose and make me feel a bit queasy. That's why I prefer very subtle, almost non-existent fragrances. This one isn't overpowering though.

  Pros

  Thrilled to have won the Hwahae event! I love that this product comes with clear instructions on how much to use. Unlike other products that leave a slippery residue requiring soap or body wash to rinse off, this one rinses clean with just water - a huge plus for me! It's perfect for couples who enjoy bath products or for kids. While frequent use of bath products can be costly, this one offers 2-3 times the amount of other brands, making it great value for money. Definitely a winner in my book!

  Cons

  The packaging is designed for multiple uses rather than single-use portions, which can be a bit inconvenient. It's tricky to measure out the right amount, and there's always the worry of spilling or accidentally getting water inside the container. It would be great if it came in individual sachets (I ended up portioning it out myself for convenience).

  Tip

  While it's nice in a regular bathtub at home, I highly recommend using this in a spa tub at a hotel or motel. The jets create twice as much foam, and you can keep the bubbles going strong by turning them on again whenever the foam starts to disappear. It's a luxurious, long-lasting bubble bath experience!

  Pros

  The foam lathers up nicely and it feels clean without any slippery residue, just like a 'salt bath soak'. It has a refreshing scent that reminds me of the aroma you often encounter during a foot bath at the beginning of a massage session. I've been wearing a half-cast for about two weeks, which has been putting extra strain on my other leg, causing increased fatigue. But after dissolving this bath soak and soaking for about 20 minutes while enjoying its subtle fragrance, I felt incredibly refreshed and happy. The rich lather, invigorating scent, and the fact that you only need to rinse once with water to feel squeaky clean are definite advantages.

  Cons

  There wasn't a dedicated scoop included, so I had to use a teaspoon I rarely use. I felt uneasy about using my regular eating spoon. It would be great if it came with a scoop sized appropriately for the product. Also, compared to other bath soaks, the bubbles disappear more quickly.

  Tip

  For more abundant foam, try adding the bath soak directly under the running water. This would be perfect to use for a foot soak after a long day of walking or wearing high heels. I've included a photo for size comparison of the container.
