It didn't remove any sebum from my nose and only irritated it, so I can't recommend it.

The nose pack adhered perfectly to my nose, so I didn't have to worry about it falling off.

I gave it 2 points for removing blackheads, but it doesn't eliminate them perfectly. It seems to be the least effective among all the nose packs I've tried.
