The ingredients are great and gentle. There's no irritation, making it perfect for daily use. Despite being an ampoule, it provides excellent hydration. It's also very soothing, so it might be suitable for sensitive skin or those with severe redness.

There's nothing particularly disappointing so far. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the amount feels a bit small for the price if you don't buy it on sale.

Best bang for your buck - my favorite ampoule ever! The texture is transparent and flows like water, with a slight scent reminiscent of Ma***** ointment. While I'm not sure about the hydration, its soothing effect is truly top-notch! I was initially surprised that it didn't absorb well, but by using it gradually and giving my skin time to adjust, it worked out fine. What I loved most was that it wasn't sticky at all during use. And on days when blemishes popped up, applying it before bed made them disappear by morning, leaving my skin smooth - that made me so happy!

It runs out incredibly fast. I've used it for just over a week, only applying the amount drawn up by the dropper each time, and it's already nearly half gone.

(Update) After discontinuing this product and switching to a different hydrating serum, my skin calmed down in less than a week.

The texture is thin, but you can feel its adhesive quality as soon as you apply it to your face.

I usually dislike products that feel heavy, greasy, or leave a film-like sensation, but this one has a refreshing and hydrating finish that I absolutely love!

I initially thought it was refreshingly moisturizing... For an oily formula, the finish felt light, but with consistent use, I realized it wasn't absorbing well. It doesn't truly absorb and only appears to do so on the surface, failing to provide deep hydration. 
Instead, it creates a barrier that prevents subsequent skincare products from absorbing, disrupting the oil and moisture balance and causing my skin to become patchy again. So frustrating!

It seems to work even better when applied together with the cream.

I got it at a discounted price, but it's not exactly cheap when it's not on sale. So far, I haven't found any downsides.

I actually tried the cream from this line and liked it so much that I decided to give the ampoule a shot too. The formula is transparent, fragrance-free, and has a slightly viscous texture. When applied, there's a hint of stickiness, but it absorbs quickly. After application, I noticed a bit of shine on my face and wondered if it might be too rich, but as it absorbs, you can feel the hydration. Usually, ampoules tend to cause blemishes for me, but this one doesn't - perhaps thanks to the centella or tea tree ingredients. It's great! It seems to work even better when used together with the cream.

Since the ampoule is highly concentrated, it's crucial to ensure proper absorption.
When applying your skincare, it's best to use clean hands and gently press the product into your skin, moving from the bottom of your face upwards for better absorption.

The biggest advantage of this product is that it contains centella extract instead of purified water!! So when I applied it, the feel was different from regular ampoules. It's packed with hydration, completely eliminating deep dryness, and the cica ingredients provide exceptional soothing effects! Balancing oil and moisture is crucial, and this product achieves perfect balance. Its moisturizing power is off the charts, significantly reducing red, inflamed blemishes. It's so good that I almost want to keep it a secret! After applying it before bed, I wake up with soft skin and an Inner Glow!

The only downside is the size? I bought it on sale for 7,000 won per item, and since I liked it so much, I've stocked up on the ampoule and cream.
