Unfortunately, this product has several drawbacks. While it looks beautiful right after application, over time the color only stays put on the inner part of the lips, fading noticeably around the edges. The staining happens so quickly that it's nearly impossible to create a gradient effect. This might be a matter of personal preference, but the burgundy shade has such a strong blood-like tint that my parents jokingly asked if I'd eaten a mouse! With more cons than pros, I never actually wore it out. It ended up expiring before I could use it, making it one of those products that just sits in your drawer.

The best thing about this product is its incredible staining power. Even after immediately rinsing with water or rubbing with a tissue, the color doesn't budge. That's a huge plus! The pigmentation is so intense. If you look at the swatch on my wrist in the photos, you'll see that even after wiping half of it with a wet wipe, the color remains vibrant.

Personally, I found it very challenging to use on its own. It might work better when combined with other lip products.

The staining isn't pretty. As you can see in the photo, it leaves patchy, uneven marks. What's the point of good staining if it looks messy? It's hard to fix too. Once you swipe it on, even if you try to blend immediately, it sets with harsh lines. Blending is extremely difficult, so if you make a mistake, it's tough to correct.

Stains like a champ! I applied the tint before bed to test the color, forgot to wipe it off, and was shocked to see it still there the next morning.

I think it works great as a base before applying multiple layers. A pro tip: just apply a thin layer for a subtle look.

I'm not sure if it's because my lips absorb products quickly or if I'm applying it incorrectly. Also, it sets so fast that it's challenging to spread evenly. Apart from these issues, I really enjoyed it!
