- Without a conditioner or hair pack, I absolutely cannot use this. If I use just this shampoo without a conditioner, my hair becomes so stiff and matted that it's difficult to even rinse it out. OMG. I think it's because my hair is naturally quite dry and coarse, but it's still quite inconvenient. I guess I'll have to use a good conditioner or hair pack along with this.
