There are no downsides!!!! However, if you're thinking about portability, the shape might be a bit inconvenient for carrying around. As a performer who often does makeup on the go, I found it slightly inconvenient. But if you don't move around much, it's fine!

My holy grail product since early last year...!!! For context, I have super sensitive skin that even reacts to emulsions, but I bought this gentle one a year ago. I've gone through about 4-5 bottles since then. It's not that it runs out quickly, I'm on my 4th bottle now and I bought an extra one, so it's my 5th overall. I absolutely recommend this for those with very sensitive skin. I use both the toner and emulsion, and it works wonderfully even under makeup. It's incredibly hydrating, and I doubt I'll find an emulsion that suits me this well again. I think I'll stick with this product for good!!! If you're on the fence, just give it a try. You won't regret it!

For those with combination dehydrated skin, I'd recommend using this with a gel-type moisturizer during seasonal changes or in winter. A hydrating serum would be good too.

There weren't really any downsides, but if I had to pick something, I'd say that in winter or during seasonal changes, you still need to use a hydrating cream to prevent dryness. Occasionally, my skin would feel dry and my makeup would crack a bit. Also, I experienced some dead skin cells flaking off, though it wasn't really a skin issue per se.

I've been using this product since elementary school through high school, and then switched to the Biz Line when I became an adult. As a student, I had combination dehydrated skin that was super sensitive, and while I didn't have acne, I often got blemishes. But after using this product's skin and emulsion set, they noticeably decreased. It would be a lie to say they completely disappeared, but they went from appearing about twice a week to maybe once a month, if that. It also really helped with my skin's deep dryness. As a student, I didn't use any other skincare products besides this one. I've been using it for almost 8 years now!
