1. The ingredients are excellent. 2. As someone who pays close attention to ingredients when buying cosmetics, I'm relieved to use this product. Even though it's for dead skin cell removal, the ingredients are great. 3. I used it for blemishes and exfoliation, and it definitely seems to reduce breakouts. 4. Unlike other products that feel harsh, this one doesn't feel irritating at all. 5. The spray format makes it very convenient to use. The scent might be a bit divisive. However, since this can vary from person to person, I personally found it fine. Avoid getting it near your eyes. Simply saturate a cotton pad and place it on your face. - eu********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 7, 2021
Wow, my first review! I'm excited about this. I've had severe excess sebum production to the point where I've taken sebum suppressants. Since middle school, I've struggled with blackheads and pores, so unlike my peers, I've been obsessed with skincare and inner beauty rather than makeup. After studying ingredients diligently, I decided to try salicylic acid and ordered this from iHerb. First off, I don't expect this product to be moisturizing, and that's fine. With 2% salicylic acid, I'm not sure if it's helping or not - it's a bit ambiguous. I've even forgotten to use it for months at times. But I keep using it, hoping it'll help if I'm consistent. It's like grasping at straws, you know? The scent is strong like Stridex, and I love that it's a spray, so I can mist it on easily. The quantity is generous, so I'll keep using it. I'm still considering whether to repurchase. Honestly, I feel like even 2% salicylic acid might not be enough for me. But there aren't many products with this concentration, so I should be grateful and use it... sigh. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. Personally, I don't find it irritating at all. Yeah... that's about it. After cleansing, I either spray this on or soak a cotton pad and use it as a toner pack. Then I follow with essence and Etude Soon Jung cream. My skin hasn't been great lately, so I've ordered The Ordinary's Niacinamide and Zinc (I think?) that I used a few years ago to try again. Oh, and for those struggling with excess sebum, please don't take Roaccutane. It eliminates oil from your entire body - you could go a week without washing your hair! It feels like a whole new world while you're on it, but long-term use can damage your liver and cause hair loss. I stopped going to the dermatologist out of laziness, and now I don't plan to take it again. Instead, I'm going to try taking Omega-3 and Pantothenic acid, 4 pills a day. I hope it works...
