- Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 2, 2025
It's gentle because it's milk-based. For a milk cleanser, its cleansing effectiveness isn't bad at all. If you massage it in well and emulsify before rinsing, you can cleanse your face without any deep dryness. I liked how gentle it was on my skin. However, it doesn't remove mascara very well, unfortunately. It doesn't remove mascara well, which is really disappointing. The makeup under the eyes doesn't come off completely either. This milk cleanser seems to be a good option for those with sensitive skin or those looking for a gentle cleansing routine. It's effective for general cleansing and doesn't cause irritation or dryness. However, it may not be the best choice for removing waterproof or long-lasting eye makeup. You might need to use a separate eye makeup remover for mascara and under-eye makeup. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 18, 2025
Gently rolls on even sensitive skin without irritation, cleansing effectively while leaving skin hydrated after washing. Removes base makeup and mineral sunscreen well. After trying many products, I've come back to this one. Bought the large size as soon as I saw it available. Nothing particularly bad... Just wishful thinking for an even larger size! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 18, 2025
Skin Type: Sensitive Dry As someone with sensitive dry skin, I've always struggled with foam cleansers because they made my skin sting and feel dry. Then I discovered this cleansing milk while searching for a suitable cleanser for sensitive dry skin! While its cleansing effectiveness isn't as strong as other cleansing products, I find it works well enough to remove sunscreen. True to its name, the texture is incredibly milky. When I apply and massage it on my face, there's no irritation, making the cleansing process actually enjoyable! For my sensitive dry skin, it's a fantastic product that's moisturizing and non-irritating. However, my boyfriend, who has oily skin, feels it's a bit too rich and doesn't effectively remove the excess oil on his nose, so he finds the cleansing power a bit lacking. I highly recommend this for those with sensitive dry skin! For those with oily skin, you might find it too rich and may feel that it doesn't effectively remove sebum and excess oil, potentially leaving you unsatisfied with its cleansing effectiveness. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 12, 2025
✓ Truly gentle on the skin For those sensitive days when you can't use just anything, this cleanser removes makeup without irritation and feels soft on the skin. I loved that it didn't sting around the eyes and mouth. ✓ No dryness after cleansing! There's absolutely no tightness, and it leaves skin feeling hydrated. Usually, I had to apply emulsion right after cleansing, but with this, I can take my time. ✓ The subtle fragrance isn't overwhelming I appreciated that the scent isn't artificial. It feels suitable for men to use as well. ✓ Struggles with heavy makeup While it removes sunscreen and brightening moisturizer well, it doesn't completely take off thick cushion foundation or lip tints in one go. You might need to double cleanse. ✓ The emulsification process might be a bit tedious You need to add a bit of water to emulsify for better cleansing, which could be inconvenient on busy days. Tip: For best results, apply to dry hands and face Initially, I used it on a wet face and it felt slippery and didn't cleanse well. Massaging it on dry skin first, then adding a little water to emulsify works much better. Tip: Perfect for sunscreen or light makeup For those who typically wear minimal makeup, this cleanser alone is sufficient. Tip: Double cleansing is optional As someone with combination skin, I lightly cleanse my T-zone again with foam. If you have dry skin, this cleanser alone should be enough! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinApr 9, 2025
This was my first time using a cleansing milk, and I've been using it consistently without any major blemishes. I even repurchased it. The finish is moisturizing, so it doesn't cause deep dryness, and it removes sunscreen and BB cream well. It's gentle and non-irritating. I recommend it for those who wear light makeup. When my skin condition isn't great, especially due to dryness, I find that milk cleansers work well. It's also affordable when purchased on Coupang. It doesn't remove color makeup well, especially in areas with contours. For example, the T-zone or sides of the nose. In these areas, the milk itself doesn't wash off and leaves white residue. Sometimes I end up scrubbing too hard, which can cause irritation. For my combination dehydrated skin, it was fine to use just the milk without a second cleanse for up to 3 days. But after 4 days of sole use, blemishes started to appear. The experience varies greatly depending on the weather and skin condition. Rather than using it daily year-round, try using it when your skin is super sensitive or during dry seasons like fall and winter. Also, I recommend not using it alone if possible, and suggest using a cleansing foam at least partially. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 6, 2025
After trying xxx Prem, I decided to give this a shot. Compared to that, Dewytree is a bit more fluid! The pump seems better too - it dispenses smoothly! I've been using it for my morning cleanse as well, and I love how lightweight it feels. It hydrates my skin nicely, so I'm quite satisfied! Since I usually only wear sunscreen, I don't have any particular complaints. However, when wearing makeup, you'll need to double cleanse. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 3, 2025
Skin doesn't feel tight after cleansing. Doesn't run or drip, which is great. Cleanses effectively without irritation. Suitable for sensitive and dry skin types. No redness after washing. Struggles to remove excess sebum. Requires separate removal of point makeup and double cleansing. Small product quantity. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 3, 2025
It effectively removes my daily makeup in one go without the need for a second cleanse. After washing, my skin doesn't feel dry at all. I have super sensitive skin that usually reacts badly to new products, but this one didn't cause any issues. I'm extremely satisfied! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I think it would be suitable for anyone to use without any problems.
