I've been using this in my bathroom for a month now As someone with dry skin, I'm satisfied with how gently it cleanses The texture is just like a milky cleanser Perfect for daily use I usually wash my face while showering, so it's a bit inconvenient to have to cleanse on a dry face The cleansing effectiveness isn't exceptional. It removes sunscreen and eyebrow makeup, but not much else. Best used as a second cleanse or for daily maintenance. I think this would be great for men to use too! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 2, 2025
It's gentle because it's milk-based. For a milk cleanser, its cleansing effectiveness isn't bad at all. If you massage it in well and emulsify before rinsing, you can cleanse your face without any deep dryness. I liked how gentle it was on my skin. However, it doesn't remove mascara very well, unfortunately. It doesn't remove mascara well, which is really disappointing. The makeup under the eyes doesn't come off completely either. This milk cleanser seems to be a good option for those with sensitive skin or those looking for a gentle cleansing routine. It's effective for general cleansing and doesn't cause irritation or dryness. However, it may not be the best choice for removing waterproof or long-lasting eye makeup. You might need to use a separate eye makeup remover for mascara and under-eye makeup. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 11, 2025
The gentleness is truly remarkable! As someone with dry and super sensitive skin, I was most satisfied with that aspect. The cleansing effectiveness was just average though. It's a bit disappointing that the cleansing power was weaker than I expected. Rather than using it to remove makeup, I found it works really well for a quick morning cleanse! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinApr 29, 2025
Reason for purchase: I needed a gentle cleanser due to my skin inflammation. I was previously using an oil cleanser! Pros: The texture feels incredibly hydrating, and my skin inflammation has subsided. The cleansing effectiveness is satisfactory, removing everything except mascara. I feel like I'd need to follow up with a cleansing foam for a second cleanse to feel completely clean! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 23, 2025
It rolls on smoothly with a light, hydrating texture. The ingredients seem gentle and beneficial. While its cleansing effectiveness might not match that of cleansing waters or oils, I think that's an inherent limitation of cleansing milks. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 18, 2025
It absorbs smoothly and feels gentle, so even those with sensitive skin can use it with confidence. Plus, the ingredients are really good! I'm not sure if it removes heavy makeup effectively, but it's decent for removing sunscreen. For sunscreen removal, it's even better if you follow up with a double cleanse. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 17, 2025
As someone with dry and sensitive skin, I found the texture to be slightly thicker than drinkable yogurt. Importantly, I experienced no irritation. It didn't remove color cosmetics very effectively, especially mascara. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinApr 9, 2025
This was my first time using a cleansing milk, and I've been using it consistently without any major blemishes. I even repurchased it. The finish is moisturizing, so it doesn't cause deep dryness, and it removes sunscreen and BB cream well. It's gentle and non-irritating. I recommend it for those who wear light makeup. When my skin condition isn't great, especially due to dryness, I find that milk cleansers work well. It's also affordable when purchased on Coupang. It doesn't remove color makeup well, especially in areas with contours. For example, the T-zone or sides of the nose. In these areas, the milk itself doesn't wash off and leaves white residue. Sometimes I end up scrubbing too hard, which can cause irritation. For my combination dehydrated skin, it was fine to use just the milk without a second cleanse for up to 3 days. But after 4 days of sole use, blemishes started to appear. The experience varies greatly depending on the weather and skin condition. Rather than using it daily year-round, try using it when your skin is super sensitive or during dry seasons like fall and winter. Also, I recommend not using it alone if possible, and suggest using a cleansing foam at least partially. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 7, 2025
It's a solid choice that's easy to use. I love how it keeps my skin hydrated and doesn't irritate the delicate eye area. I'm not sure how well it removes mascara or eyeliner.
