  When you open the Citrus Moisture Cream, don't you feel its light yet bouncy texture? The moment you unscrew the lid, a refreshing citrus scent lifts your mood! I really liked the citrus fragrance and texture. This Citrus Moisture Cream is a hydrating cream that gently fills your skin with moisture without irritation, leaving it looking vibrant and cared for! It's a Goodal Citrus Moisture Cream with a bouncy, moisturizing gel-like texture that's hydrating without being too lightweight. I love that it's not too oily and has a good oil and moisture balance! Now that winter's over, it's time for a slightly lighter gel-type for a fresh finish!

  I feel so deceived... During testing, it was truly amazing. The burst of hydration, pleasant scent, and moisturizing finish were all there. But here's the catch: that only applies when you test it on the back of your hand and for just a few minutes after application. After about an hour, the moisture evaporates, leaving an unpleasant stickiness and oiliness. Despite being a gel cream, it absorbs very slowly, contrary to expectations. It's hard to describe in words, but the oily feeling isn't smooth or pleasantly rich - it's more like the greasy residue around a stovetop. I might be exaggerating a bit for description's sake, but it's definitely not a pleasant feeling. This is my first time trying Clio Goodal products, and I'm quite disappointed compared to my expectations. I wish they'd provide samples. I really regret spending money on this...

  Tip

  I tried mixing it with aloe gel, other emulsions, and creams to reduce the oiliness, but this product just ruins the overall oil and moisture balance. There's no solution... The mist that comes with it is refreshing and really nice though. You should buy that instead.

  I prefer moisturizing products over thick ones, so this was easy to apply. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I often struggle with deep dryness during seasonal changes and winter, but this kept my skin hydrated without any tightness.

  The lasting power seemed a bit lacking... While it felt moisturizing and nice when first applied, after some time my skin started to feel tight again, so I had to reapply, which was inconvenient.

  First off, I loved that it's affordable. The fresh scent was really appealing, so I quickly snatched it up. It absorbs well and feels great on the skin.

  As someone with super sensitive skin that breaks out in hives at the slightest provocation, this is the gentlest and most hydrating product I've found among drugstore brands. While I haven't repurchased it, it's definitely the best option I've tried in this price range.

  Cons

  As expected from a drugstore brand, the staying power leaves much to be desired.

  Tip

  After prepping your skin with toner, gently pat this on once or twice for an incredible boost of hydration.

  I got to try this product through a free sample event. I really liked the light texture and pleasant scent. It seems to provide a nice moisturizing effect after makeup application. Best of all, I didn't experience any blemishes after using it.

  First off, this is my review after being selected as a Hwahae Tester and trying the product! 1. Lightweight I usually dislike creams because I hate feeling stuffy on my face, but this one doesn't feel heavy at all. It's almost as light as an emulsion, which I love. It applies smoothly and easily. If you dislike heavy creams, applying this twice should give you a light feel while maintaining hydration. 2. Citrus scent The smell is absolutely amazing! I'm a fan of fresh, citrusy scents like lime and lemon, and this one hits the spot perfectly.

  Cons

  It's so drying, unfortunately! I usually wipe my face with toner and then immediately apply moisturizer (as I mentioned, I dislike heavy, stuffy products). However, after applying this and putting on makeup, my face felt tight all day long, making me want to remove my makeup right away. My skin felt dry on the inside but sticky on the outside, causing my hair to stick to my face. Honestly, I probably wouldn't buy this again. Applying it twice does make it feel more moisturizing, but I'm not sure about its lasting power. While I appreciate that they focused on making it lightweight, it's still a moisturizer after all. It might work well for those with oily skin who want something light. As someone with slightly dry skin, it didn't quite meet my needs.
