This color is perfect for my warm undertone. The foundation seems to have decent ingredients and it's quite moisturizing. I almost always use this foundation twice a week - it really makes my skin look brighter, even though I have a darker complexion. It also seems to provide good sun protection, which I really like.😃
ConsThe downside is that it's not from a famous brand. Honestly, I'm only using it because I received it as a gift, otherwise I probably wouldn't have known about it. The design is also not that pretty, in my opinion. It also seems like this foundation would only really work for people with warm, darker skin tones.
TipI really like using the Daiso puff with this foundation - I just dampen the puff and apply the foundation, and it works great! ~~☺️

Skin Expression ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ : The formula seemed more moisturizing than expected, so the transfer issue when wearing a mask was also quite manageable. The subtle glow, silky and dewy skin expression was satisfactory for my dry skin. 2. Longevity ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ : It stays smooth with a slight sheen, but does break down. Wearing a mask and taking it off can cause the makeup to become patchy and disintegrate, but overall it was fairly good. 3. Ingredients ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ : I'm the type to closely check ingredients, and it didn't seem to cause any major issues for my sensitive skin. No milia or breakouts even after using it more than 5 times. 4. Color ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ : My skin tone is between 23 and 21, so the neutral beige 22 was just right. The Lotte foundation 23 was neither too yellow nor too pink, just a true neutral color. It seems like it would suit a variety of skin tones. Compared to other brands' 23, this one is slightly lighter, maybe around 22 or 22.5. The clean, brightening winter makeup tone was perfect for me. 5. Coverage ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ : Dewy formulas generally provide natural coverage, and this one seems to have achieved a good balance. The dewy, subtle glow gives a natural-looking finish. 6. Product Packaging & Design ⭐️⭐️⭐️ : The product packaging design is so-so, but the differentiating factor is that the container is lightweight and easy to carry around for travel or on-the-go use.
ConsFragrance: : It's not bad, but how should I put it...? It has a sunscreen-like scent? Since the SPF is quite high at 50, maybe that's why. Anyway, the fragrance seems to be a bit polarizing! Those who like this kind of scent will probably enjoy it.
TipIt seems like this product can achieve a more perfect tone and texture by mixing it with foundation shades that are a bit darker, like 21 or even deeper. Personally, since I tend to cover my face and neck with clothes in the winter, I tried mixing it a bit with the 21 shade when I wanted a brighter, more radiant look, and it worked well. You don't have to worry about it clinging or accentuating dryness, but just in case, during the winter, you can apply a bit of cream to any areas that tend to get flaky or dehydrated, and that should help keep your skin looking dewy even in the colder months.

This foundation has a matte type, but it's adequately moisturizing and fluffy on the surface, + it doesn't emphasize skin flaws much, so it seems like it can be used comfortably regardless of skin type. One thing to be careful about is choosing the right shade... I haven't tried the 21 shade, so I'm not sure, but the 23 shade is a little darker than the typical 23 shade. It would probably suit those with a shade 23 or higher very well. 1. Naturalness It's a bit funny to cite naturalness as a pro for color cosmetics, but it didn't have a thick, heavy feeling when applied, which I liked. My skin is thin, and I'm still in my 20s, but I have some wrinkles under my eyes, so I tend to apply a lot of foundation. My skin texture is... quite flaky and rough. But it applied smoothly without any caking, emphasis on pores, or accentuation of flakiness. 2. Spreadability It spreads easily even when just swiped on with my hands. It also seems to pair well with a blending puff. 3. Non-drying + Fluffy Similar to the first point, but the formula itself just feels nice - adequately fluffy without being drying. I have dry, rough skin, but this wasn't drying at all, and the lightweight, non-sticky feel was comfortable since I tend to touch my face a lot. 4. Coverage Maybe because I usually use tone-up creams, but the coverage felt really good to me. I don't have major blemishes right now, but it covered up the small imperfections well. 5. Non-irritating This is a bit iffy, but... I did get one pimple, but I had changed my cleansing foam and this foundation, so I'm not sure which one is the culprit. But since my skin is super sensitive and reacts with redness to harsh products, the fact that I didn't have any of those reactions means this foundation did pretty well for my skin.
Cons4. Color The color is a bit on the darker side. I have a 21-21.5 skin tone (my skin tone is almost identical to the Hera Black Cushion 21 shade), and it was a bit darker than my original skin tone. On my mom, who is around a 22-23 shade, it seemed to be just right. In my opinion, it's still a bit dark for her, but she says it's fine. But this could also be an advantage in a way. Foundation shades are usually only available in 21 and 23, so those with a skin tone darker than 23 often have a hard time finding suitable products. 5. Longevity The non-drying, fluffy feeling it has initially doesn't last too long... It's not at a serious level, but the oil does come through a bit, and the foundation starts to fade after around 5 hours, so touch-ups would be needed. But it doesn't get patchy or messy-looking!
TipI don't think the skin type really matters, but I would definitely recommend this to those whose skin tone is a bit on the darker side! Since it's even a bit darker than the typical 23 shade, I'd suggest testing it out before purchasing.

It has stronger moisture compared to the powdery foundations that have been recently released. (The skin does not feel dry even when using powder for the finishing touch) 2. It does not set quickly, allowing you to easily adjust the thickness of the makeup. (It is possible to apply it thinly) 3. While I tend to get breakouts when wearing makeup, I experienced fewer breakouts with this compared to other products.
Cons1. It tends to transfer onto the mask. (Powder application is essential) 2. If you have a darker skin tone like me, using shades 24 or 25 can result in a slightly grayish appearance. 4. The coverage is not very strong.
TipI have tried using both a brush and a puff to apply it. 1. Brush: If you need more coverage, use a brush! 2. Cushion puff: If you just want to subtly change the tone, use a puff! ☆Perfect Combination Apply a very thin layer - Use concealer to cover - Apply another very thin layer - Set with powder

But when I tried this foundation, I was pleasantly surprised by how moisturizing it felt. The application has a velvety, matte finish, but once applied, it leaves a natural, dewy glow that I really liked. - When I swatched it on the back of my hand, I thought it looked a bit yellow and dark, but once I applied it to my skin, it was a perfect match. I think those with cool undertones might find it a bit too yellow, but for warm-toned individuals around shade 23, it should be an excellent fit. It's not too light or too dark, just a natural-looking tone. - I wore it out all day and tested its longevity, and while it did fade slightly over time, there was no noticeable darkening or patchiness.
Cons- This foundation doesn't have an extremely high coverage. It can even out the skin tone, but it may not be able to fully conceal larger blemishes or acne. However, if you're looking for a natural-looking foundation with moderate coverage, this should work just fine.

A small amount can provide good coverage, and it pairs well with a puff or brush. However, it does tend to transfer to the applicator. It finishes with a fluffy texture. It's a versatile item that's good for daily use! Cleansing wipes and the Doctorto method were also easy to use. I often reach for it when I need to go out for a bit. I'm considering purchasing it!
ConsGiven the formula, it's difficult to achieve a perfect coverage without a concealer or powder. And the shade 23 is a bit darker than average, I'd say. For my warm-toned skin, it provided a natural expression, but next time I'll try the shade 21. It's something to consider.
TipSince I have dry skin, I built up a strong base and pressed it with a puff, but it transferred a lot to my hat and mask, which is when I realized it's for dry skin.

I tend to prefer matte finishes, as they prevent creasing and help my makeup stay in place. However, I make sure to keep my skin hydrated by using a dewy or luminous product. The shade matches my skin tone well and doesn't look too pale or ashy. The color doesn't make my makeup appear unnatural. It looks very natural on me (with a slight yellow undertone).
ConsIt is quite matte, so it can feel a bit dry. However, the coverage is good. I don't have many areas that need to be covered, but the matte finish can make my skin look a bit uneven... I have to mix in a bit of essence to make it work better. Those who prefer matte finishes will likely find that it applies smoothly and evenly.

The skin has a glossy and velvety feel. It may not be the best for oily skin types, but it looks very natural. Since I used the 23rd shade, the tone is quite natural and doesn't look like makeup was applied.
ConsThe coverage isn't extremely high, but it's not low either. The coverage is moderate but looks natural. I have a skin tone around 23-24 and it seems to match my skin tone quite well. It's really just about 23 or a bit darker.
TipThe 23rd shade seems good for men to use for a natural skin expression. I personally think the 21st shade would be better unless your skin is quite dark.
