As someone with combination oily skin, I've struggled with deep dryness, especially in winter. This product has been a real lifesaver. It absorbs well without feeling greasy, and keeps my skin hydrated for hours. While the product is absolutely fantastic, I found that it occasionally clogged my pores and caused blemishes, particularly in my extremely oily T-zone. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 25, 2024
Empty bottle review! Used up the whole jar...!!!! 1. The ingredients are excellent. 2. It absorbs beautifully. 3. It's amazing how it doesn't let moisture escape even in winter. 4. If you have dry or combination skin, you absolutely must use this.. It might even save you money on dermatologist visits.... Personally, I get extremely dry skin and noticeable dead skin cells when winter comes, as if I'm allergic to cold wind. Plus, I get painful redness like contact dermatitis. I used this ceramide cream to soothe my skin. It seemed like my oil and moisture balance was off, so after thorough research, I bought this cream because it's not too rich and likely won't clog pores. Needless to say, I'm extremely satisfied. My cheeks are dry while my T-zone gets a bit oily, so I only use a hydrating cream on my T-zone, but apply this Torien ceramide cream on my cheeks. It definitely works wonders when applied generously before bed. My skin is less dry, and makeup goes on smoother the next day. Apply it liberally before sleeping. I adore Torien... They never disappoint with their products. I wish the jar was a bit larger. It's sad that there aren't many sales, so I have to pay full price..... Please offer more discounts..... Please have more promotions... Don't discontinue this product.... There aren't many creams out there with such good ingredients that maintain oil and moisture balance without clogging pores.... - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinJan 26, 2024
I've been consistently using Torriden's Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Cream, which work wonders for me! However, as winter approached, I noticed my skin feeling a bit dry even after applying cream. My cheeks seemed to have a weakened skin barrier, leading to increased redness. So, I decided to try a ceramide cream known for its moisturizing and barrier-strengthening properties. With ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids all in one, it definitely helped improve my redness and skin barrier! Skin Type: Combination dehydrated, sensitive Texture: It's like melted butter - so unique compared to regular moisturizers! Application: Spreads smoothly as shown in the photo Absorption: It's a bit slower due to its moisturizing formula, but surprisingly not sticky at all Scent: Has a subtle, pleasant flour dough scent Lasting Power: Kept my skin moisturized until the next morning. For the perfect oil-moisture balance, I'd recommend using a hydrating serum first Packaging: The brand's eco-conscious approach is impressive and trustworthy Effectiveness: The combination of ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids noticeably improved my skin barrier and reduced redness. Torriden's ingredients are always reliable Recommended for: All skin types except very dry or very oily 1. While it provides adequate moisture for my combination dehydrated skin, it might not be hydrating enough for those with very dry skin. The rich texture might feel a bit heavy for oily skin types. 2. I'm slightly concerned about the stearic acid in the ingredients. While it's necessary for barrier repair, it could potentially clog pores. I haven't experienced any blemishes yet, but I'm cautious and use only a small amount. 1. Instead of applying directly to your face, first spread a thin layer on the back of your hand, then pat it onto your skin following the natural contours. This helps with faster and more even absorption. 2. For combination skin like mine, apply a regular amount to dry areas like cheeks, and use less on oily areas like the nose and forehead. This targeted application prevents blemishes while keeping dry areas well-moisturized. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 13, 2023
Its rich texture is perfect for extremely dry skin. Highly recommended for those with dry skin types. Perhaps due to my combination skin, it feels greasy and seems to clog my pores. I can't apply too much. Rather than feeling moisturizing, it's more of an oily sensation that seems to cause small bumps. Unfortunately, this product ended up being shelved for me. This cream has more of a rich feel than a hydrating one. It's best to apply a thin layer as a final step after your hydration routine, like an oil coating. For those like me who find it doesn't suit their skin, it can still be useful around the lips when they're dry in winter or prone to dead skin cells. You can also apply a small amount around your mouth after brushing your teeth when that area tends to get dry. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 20, 2023
The way it absorbs, its hydrating power, and overall moisturizing effect were all quite impressive. I didn't reach for it much because it contains ingredients that can clog pores. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 14, 2023
I bought this for winter dryness, and it definitely doesn't feel thick or drying. It moisturizes well, and I really like the cream texture. It's a bit oily, making my face feel slippery. It might be too intense for oily skin types. Occasionally, it can cause blemishes to appear. There is one ingredient that may clog pores. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 23, 2023
It feels so delightfully bouncy! I think it provides excellent hydration. Hmm... The acids might clog pores, so if you apply too much, it could potentially cause blemishes. This seems like a great choice for those with dry skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 21, 2023
I'm currently on my fourth bottle of this product, all purchased with my own money. When I first used it, I was so impressed by its dramatic effects that I prayed it would never be discontinued. It's absolutely fantastic for tackling deep dryness! After prolonged use, I feel like it might be clogging the pores in my T-zone a bit. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 15, 2023
I tried this sample and it's great for extremely dry skin because it's so rich and moisturizing. While it's a shame it contains pore-clogging ingredients, I'm not sure how much that actually affects the skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinFeb 28, 2023
Ah... I remember it being good initially. I thought it was great, but it turns out it's too rich for combination dehydrated skin. I felt like my pores were getting clogged and enlarged, so I had to stop using it. It might be nice to use occasionally though. Ah... I remember it being good initially.
