The Hwahae Testers review This is my honest feedback after using the product for over 10 days. * Skin type: Combination to oily. I tend to use lightweight emulsions as I occasionally get blemishes when using products with a rich feel. Currently pregnant, I'm using minimal skincare products. The AHC eye cream seems suitable for all skin types due to its gentle, non-irritating ingredients. * Application: It applies smoothly and feels hydrating. The texture is between an emulsion and a cream, not too thick, making it easy to apply without feeling heavy. * Scent: Fragrance-free. I particularly appreciated this aspect as most eye creams I've used before had a scent. Being pregnant has made me sensitive to fragrances, so the lack of scent allowed me to use it without any aversion. * Hydration: With its balanced oil content, a small amount is sufficient to keep the eye area moisturized.
Although it's marketed as an 'eye cream for face', I tried applying it to my forehead and around my mouth. However, I might have used too much as I felt like I might get some blemishes, so I quickly stopped using it anywhere other than around my eyes. I'm now using it solely as an eye cream.
It absorbs well and maintains hydration effectively, so a small amount is enough for the eye area. If you have extremely dry skin, you may want to adjust the amount and layer it as needed.
