The t-zone has oil fields, while the rest is dry. It was great for me. It has good spreadability, plenty of moisture, and just the right amount of oiliness - a well-balanced product. After using it, it feels like you've applied a protective film. My makeup applied well the next morning.
Cons
First of all, since it's a compact type, dust gets in easily, and the cream is white, so dust is very noticeable and annoying. An applicator seems essential...
