I usually prefer matte and refreshing products, but in the winter, it's not easy to find a moisturizing product that isn't too oily. This product's texture is very close to what I was looking for. Even though it's not oily, it doesn't feel like the moisture disappears quickly (lack of longevity). There's no such feeling at all, and it keeps my skin moisturized for a long time. Since it maintains a supple and moisturized feel for a long time, as a functional product, it also provides a nicely plump sensation, which I'm satisfied with. The improvement in fine lines is definitely good. Considering the season and my age, my skin tends to get dry, which can lead to makeup caking or cracking issues, but the base makeup stays firmly in place and is resistant to breaking down.
ConsSince I thought it spreads and absorbs well, if I use a bit more, the cream-type formula can definitely cause makeup slippage. (However, if you're not in a rush in the morning like me, this wouldn't be a downside.)
TipIf you, like me, tend to get a bit heavy-handed, and experience makeup slippage, I'd recommend boldly skipping the toner and emulsion/lotion steps after cleansing, and going straight from essence to cream - that worked well for me.
