  Pros

  The texture is relatively light, a common thin emulsion. As for the good points... I can't really think of any specific ones.

  Cons

  My sister who lives abroad bought it but said it didn't suit her at all, so she gave it to me to try. As soon as I applied it, the sensitive areas (around the nose and mouth) became so irritated that I immediately wiped it all off with a cotton pad. It went straight to the trash after that.

  Pros

  I really liked it when I first started using it. I used it together with the renewing SA cleanser, and for the first few weeks, my skin became noticeably clearer.

  Cons

  However, as time went on, my skin started to react negatively. Large inflammations appeared, and smaller blemishes popped up around them.

  Pros

  Thanks to ingredients like ceramides and cholesterol, this product was incredibly hydrating for my combination skin! However...

  Cons

  I developed red, itchy mosquito bite-like rashes. I tried to push through for a couple of days, thinking it might be an initial purging phase, but it seems my skin just doesn't agree with it. While it didn't cause acne, hive-like rashes appeared here and there. My disappointment is as big as my initial expectations were... I tried it out of curiosity, thinking it might help with my rosacea and improve my skin barrier, but it's clear now that it's not suitable for my facial skin.

  Pros

  There's honestly nothing positive to say... (Though this is entirely subjective) I'd recommend not using it at all.

  Cons

  I had high hopes because quite a few people saw improvements with their blemishes, but alas! After just two days of use, my skin texture was completely ruined, and I developed small bumps and large, red blemishes. I had to stop using it immediately. At first, I thought it couldn't possibly be this product since I'd recently changed several skincare items. However, even when I tried using this alone, my skin still broke out. It's so frustrating!

  The container is soft and easy to use... That's about the only positive thing I can say.

  Cons

  After applying this, I broke out in hives and my skin had a terrible reaction... So upsetting!

  Tip

  Please do a patch test before using. I have super sensitive skin and it caused a bad reaction, so I ended up giving it to a friend...

  Pros

  Pretty refreshing for an emulsion. Great texture for those with oily skin. Fragrance-free. Generous amount of product.

  Cons

  It's hard to get hold of - you have to buy it directly from overseas. While the quantity is large, when you factor in shipping and product costs, it's not exactly cost-effective. Foreign users with acne rave about it, which makes me think Korean and foreign skin types must be quite different. Not many Koreans have seen significant results with this. Personally, whenever I use it, my skin gets all blotchy and I break out... plus my skin gets itchy. In short, it's not great!

  I'm using it on my body instead.

  Pros

  The lightweight formula applies smoothly and absorbs well. While its moisturizing power may not match that of regular creams, it's less oily and therefore less irritating. It seems ideal for use on less blemish-prone body areas where you want a gentler touch.

  Cons

  As someone with oily skin, I used this on both my body and face. Unfortunately, it caused small bumps and inflamed acne to appear, so I switched to a soothing gel. Even when applied to my body, it led to breakouts on my shoulders and back.

  Pros

  Absorbs well into the skin. Affordable price. Large quantity. Simple ingredient list. Feels lightweight on the skin.

  Cons

  Initially, after using CeraVe PM, I experienced painful blemishes on my face. I'm not sure if it was dermatitis, but there was some swelling. Thinking it might be due to the high niacin content, I switched to this moisturizer which doesn't contain niacin. At first, I thought it absorbed well, felt light, and suited my skin. However, like CeraVe PM, it caused similar blemishes, so I'm planning to just throw it away.
