When you press it, too much product comes out... I've dropped a lot of it. But aside from that, I pretty much like everything else about it.

Pros
I rushed to Olive Young to buy this as I forgot to bring any lip products with me. My skin is extremely dry, especially my lips which tend to crack in this weather. I didn't expect much, but the hydration is so good that I now use this instead of Vaseline before bed. For a lip balm, it has a nice tint, so I often reach for it even when I'm bare-faced. I got the 'Light' shade, which gives a pretty cherry blossom pink color that doesn't look too bright. I used to use Chanel lip balm, which was moisturizing but would make my lips flaky over time, causing me to pick at them. This doesn't do that at all... I'm on my third tube now!
Cons
The case design is a bit childish and the finish feels somewhat rough. However, considering the price and quality, it's not really a significant issue.
