This is my second bottle this year. When my previous Photodem sunscreen was discontinued, I switched to this product. I'm pleased with it as it feels less sticky and has almost no tint. It's a great, easy-to-use sunscreen for everyday wear. Compared to my previous sunscreen, although the volume is the same, it somehow feels like there's less product. Also, when I apply a second layer, it tends to pill slightly. These days, since we're wearing masks, I just apply this and then only use BB cream on top. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 24, 2020
As someone with super sensitive skin prone to redness and rosacea, this product works wonders for me. It evens out my skin tone so well that I often skip makeup and just apply this. I make sure to apply it thinly though, as using too much can lead to pilling. It tends to pill a bit. Instead of applying a thick layer at once, it's better to use thin layers more frequently. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 5, 2020
It gives a glowing and moisturized feeling. It's like a makeup base. But! It pills so much, haha. Even when applied alone, it pills terribly. So I can't even think about applying makeup over it. It's something I'd throw away even if given for free. Absolutely wouldn't buy it. Definitely a no-no for purchase. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJul 16, 2017
Personally, I prioritize UV protection the most, so I use Tino Sobe M which blocks UVA1, and I only look for sunscreens with excellent photostability and high SPF values. I've been using this one for about a year now, and it's the best one I've found. The filter combination is Octinoxate, Tino Sobe M, Avobenzone, and Tino Sobe S, which provides excellent UVA protection up to UVA1 and great photostability. The UVA protection factor is PPD33, which is as perfect as Bioderma sunscreens in terms of protection. Tino Sobe has quite a bit of white cast, so by using Tino Sobe M for UVA1 and adding Avobenzone and Tino Sobe S, the tinted formula is just the right skin tone and looks very natural without any white cast. Among the tinted sunscreens I've tried, this has the most natural-looking color that doesn't look patchy or uneven. The coverage for blemishes is not heavy, but it has a nice glow without being too shiny. It seems suitable for normal to dry skin types due to the relatively high oil content. The price is a bit high compared to the volume. The high-concentration UV filters make it a bit difficult to apply smoothly. It's not that it's thick and difficult to spread, but it can clump and slide a bit. However, if you massage it in a few times, the product blends in perfectly to a matte finish. You can find it for around 13,000 won by price comparing on Naver direct purchase sites. If you apply it right after skincare, it won't spread well. It's best to apply it after your skin is free of excess oil, a few minutes after applying your toner or essence.
