I've been using La Roche-Posay B5 Cream as my sole skincare product, so I'll compare this new product to that. Ingredients: As someone with sensitive skin, I was initially worried about potential blemishes and considered passing it on to a family member. However, the excellent ingredient list convinced me to try it myself. True to its quality formulation, I didn't experience any skin issues. It worked well for me! Texture: La Roche-Posay has a white, dense texture. I usually pat it on rather than rubbing it in, though it can feel a bit heavy. This new product has a translucent to transparent color. While it's also dense, it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. It has a slight balm-like quality and glides on smoothly when applied. I didn't find it suffocating at all. Quantity and Size: I was very satisfied with the generous 80ml size. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars. That's all for now!
ConsAfter Application: The reason I keep using La Roche-Posay is because of how good my skin looks right after application, how it improves by the next morning, and how it quickly heals and doesn't irritate my chapped skin around the nose after blowing it, especially when applied thickly. With this new product, while the initial feel was nice, I didn't notice any dramatic changes by the next day. It actually stung a bit on my chapped skin, which was disappointing. However, it worked well on areas where my skin wasn't irritated.

Then I won this cream in an event! The good thing is that it reduced the surface dryness that causes tightness on the outer layer of skin.
ConsMy skin has been problematic for over a year, and I still haven't found a solution. One area feels itchy and tingly, like contact dermatitis, but I don't know the cause. It's difficult to use moisturizers because it seems like an oil-related skin issue. Even after a year of dermatologist visits, they couldn't figure it out. They just told me to take antihistamines and apply creams until it gets better. With this hydrating cream, applying multiple layers caused tingling and itching, so I've stopped using it for now. Please keep in mind that my skin is problematic. The Real Barrier Extreme Cream doesn't cause tingling or itching, but it dries out the surface of my skin, causing fine lines under my eyes. This cream eliminates that issue, but instead causes tingling and itching.
TipSo I sometimes apply this cream lightly on top of the Real Barrier Extreme Cream.
