I'm writing this review after starting to use the Hanbok Edition on Monday, November 2, 2020, the second day of its launch (currently in my third month of use). Let's begin the review!

My skin tone/lip color:
Warm autumn, cool winter >> deep undertone / Not cool summer
Lip condition:
Always moisturized with frequent lip balm application
Lips remain fine even with matte lipsticks
No dead skin cells

Pros:
Packaging:
From the box to the product itself, it has an elegant color scheme with the product name in Korean. The tube has a glossy finish with a jade-like hue and traditional Korean patterns. The bottom is marked with 'K-HERITAGE (Cultural Heritage Administration)' indicating the collaboration with Korea's Cultural Heritage Administration.
Texture:
As someone who strongly dislikes the stickiness of glossy lips, I'm very satisfied with this smooth, comfortable, and non-sticky formula. That's why I bought shade 12 this time.
Color:
If there's a cherry bomb for cool winters in the Juicy line, this product feels like a cherry bomb for warm tones in the Glasting line. It's an omija (five-flavor berry) color mixed with a slight red bean hue. When applied lightly, it's a clear warm red, but with multiple layers, it turns into a vampy, bloody lip color. It truly might be the warm-toned equivalent of a cherry bomb color.
Lip photo order: Light gradient - Full lip - Full lip (3 layers)
Staining:
It stains quickly before the water film forms, which is great because it won't transfer onto masks.
Longevity:
Once applied and the film forms, it stains well. The film may wear off, but the color remains, which is excellent.
Scent:
It seems all shades in the Glasting Water Tint line have the same scent. It's identical to shade 8, which I reviewed before. Personally, I'm neutral about the fragrance.
Applicator:
The straight, non-curved, non-dipped wand applicator is easy to use.
Finish:
Thanks to the non-sticky water film, it feels light and maintains moisture without drying.
Recommended for:
Deep undertone and cool winter types. While the base color is a warm red, it seems somewhat neutral, and the stain leans cool, so I've included cool winters. It might work well for deep undertones or cool summer types without looking out of place.
Cons:
Stain color:
This may vary from person to person, but on me, it stains like grape juice spilled over the original color. It stains with a slightly plum-like color, giving a cool winter vibe.
Strong staining:
This is something you can get used to with time, but first-time users of the Glasting line might struggle with the intense staining, so I'm mentioning it as a drawback.
Minor issue:
I wish the packaging color harmonized better with the actual product color. That was a bit disappointing.
This product has a glossy texture that blends well with other products.
For those who prefer to neutralize their natural lip color before application, I recommend using a matte to semi-matte nude base lip color rather than foundation or concealer. Foundation and concealer, even when matte, can mix with the product due to their oil content, which is not ideal.
If you don't want to use a base lip color, applying a thin layer of powder after foundation or concealer can help.
After applying the product, I recommend gently blotting the gloss at the corners of your mouth with a tissue. This applies not just to this product but to all glossy lip products, as shine at the corners can look like saliva. This is my personal opinion, so please follow your own preferences.
The product works well for layering with other lip products due to its glossy formula that blends easily.
