Cool-toned beauties, you absolutely must check out this color! It's incredibly gorgeous. It's a perfect cool-toned shade that's surprisingly hard to find in Korea. It's not overly fluorescent or floating, nor is it that typical bright cool-toned pink. It's also not an overwhelmingly dark purple that might be too much for everyday wear. It's just perfect! This color is a fusion of typical fuchsia cool-toned pink with a touch of purple. The result is a beautifully balanced and comfortable shade. It neutralizes the overly bright or common feel of fuchsia pink, while also toning down the intensity of purple that can be challenging for daily wear. It's slightly muted without being too dark or intense, and it's uniquely beautiful. It reminds me of a flower petal's pink-purple hue. It looks great on its own, or you can apply it just to the center of your lips for a subtle accent. It helps tone down any fluorescent floating effect and perfectly balances brighter shades. Try applying a typical cool-toned fuchsia pink (like Estée Lauder's Dominant or Pupa's Fuchsia) all over your lips, then add this shade to the center. It really helps ground the fluorescent quality of fuchsia that can sometimes appear to float. The slim design is fantastic. As someone with thin lips, I find it easy to apply, whether all over or just in the center. Its compact size makes it incredibly portable - it slips right into your pocket with zero bulk! It's so light and thin, perfect for on-the-go touch-ups. It even fits comfortably in small pants pockets! The color payoff is excellent, with minimal difference between sheer and heavy application. Often, lipsticks can look different when applied thickly versus a thin layer rubbed in with fingers, with the pink tones becoming too prominent in the latter case. This one maintains its color beautifully regardless of application method. The adherence is fantastic. It feels so comfortable on the lips, not like an artificial layer but naturally melding with your lips. Even without a thin application, it still adheres well and looks natural. Transfer is minimal too. It doesn't feel heavy, dry, or uncomfortable at all. It's amazing how such a pigmented, intense lipstick can feel this comfortable - it's a first for me! While it's matte, it has a beautiful natural sheen that's really appealing. It's not an overly powdery or dry matte, but has just the right amount of reflection to look natural and maintain lip volume. Surprisingly, it doesn't dry out the lips at all, and there's no emphasis on or creation of dead skin cells. Despite being a matte lip with good adherence and longevity, it's the least drying I've ever tried. Even in the dead of winter, my extremely dry lips don't shrivel up with this on. There's no settling into fine lines or clinging to dry patches, and it fades evenly. Unlike some intense or matte lipsticks that can leave color trapped in lip lines as they wear off, this one maintains an even coverage. Even after eating, wiping my mouth, and drinking coffee, the color remained uniform. It may have faded, but it still looked like a natural lip tint without any patchiness. I bought it mainly for the color, but after using it for a while, I'm impressed with its performance too. I'm tempted to buy more shades! The regular price of 26,000 won seems reasonable, especially considering the brand and quality. I initially expected it to be in the 30,000 won range, so I'm very satisfied with the price. The case design is unique and the color scheme is beautiful. Both the mirror-like exterior and the inner plastic have a subtle, uniquely beautiful color. There's a soft mauve-beige tint that's just gorgeous. Unlike the typical silver reflection of Pupa lipsticks, this has a slight mauve-pink sheen that's really pretty. The octagonal shape creates interesting light reflections, adding to its unique appeal. Perhaps due to its slim design, I find myself applying it carefully. Even so, it often ends up smudging around the edges, as shown in the last photo! Fortunately, even if you close the cap in this state, it doesn't smear all over the inside of the cap. You can just wipe it clean when you get home without it becoming a mess. The case, while minor, is a bit inconvenient. It's thin, slippery, and lacks grooves, making it somewhat stiff to open. I always have to be careful when opening and closing it. It's slim, small, and slippery, and mine seems particularly stiff, making it hard to control the force needed to open it with a click. I'm always wary of pulling too hard and damaging the lipstick, so it's a bit of a hassle every time. While the case design is unique and the color scheme is pretty, the material feels a bit cheap. The lightweight plastic is prone to scratches, and the mirror-like finish easily shows fingerprints. It can quickly look worn, and if you're not careful when using it in public, it might give off a slightly cheap impression. It's best to apply just a small amount, as rubbing too hard or repeatedly can lead to excessive product buildup. This can make the color too intense and prone to smudging or transferring. I found it effective to use the slim, small surface to gently pat the product on multiple times, as if staining the lips. Another good method is to apply a generous amount to the center of the lips and then spread it outwards using a finger with a wave-like motion. After spreading, you can use the residue on your fingers to pat it onto your cheeks - it makes for a beautifully natural blush! I usually don't like using lip products as blush, but I really enjoyed this. The color is perfect for a blush, and when you pat the residue from your hands, it doesn't leave circular marks or uneven patches. It just blends naturally into the skin with a light tapping motion, creating a beautiful stained effect. The purple undertone prevents it from looking too red on the cheeks, instead creating a lovely, subtle point of color.
