It's a decent product. Since I've used Kiehl's products without issues before, this one didn't cause any blemishes or skin reactions either. While the Kiehl's Cica Cream had such a strong scent that my whole family rejected it, this toner's fragrance isn't overwhelmingly strong, which is nice. Despite its very fluid consistency, it wasn't inconvenient or messy to apply with my hands. While it might be asking too much to expect miracles from a toner, the truth is it doesn't have any significant effects either, haha! This toner alone didn't bring about any noticeable changes in my skin. It didn't even have much of a calming effect! It's really just a basic, no-frills product.
