I applied it to my face. It has a texture similar to Vaseline and moisturizing power like Vaseline. For my dry skin, it feels moist and good with good adherence. Surprisingly, I didn't feel much tightness. It's better than Vaseline in that there's less tightness. The Vaseline I bought from the pharmacy made my skin itchy when I applied it, but this one doesn't itch as severely, just a slight itch at first application. But the itchiness goes away after some time. I wouldn't just use it on my bare face, but I'll use it on dry areas after applying lotion or other creams.
Later when I used it again, it seems to have a calming effect. Personally, I think this is better than the Popocrème in terms of recovery effect.
The area right next to my eyes is dry, and these days I keep applying BB cream, so it gets irritated and stings. One day I applied the Lukas Popocrème, but I didn't see much improvement. The next day I applied the Aloe Cure, and a few hours later, the stinging decreased and the redness faded.
There is a certain degree of greasiness, and the scent is similar to chewed gum, with a slightly burnt aroma. When applied, there is a slightly irritated feeling, possibly due to the tea tree oil or something else, and it feels like I've applied some kind of medication, which is a bit bothersome. I'm a bit concerned about using it around my eyes. At first, there was some redness on the skin, but it subsided after a while.
But I wonder if they really needed to include the pigment and silver. The aloe doesn't seem to have much in it, and they probably just made it green to make it look like it has a lot of aloe.
I don't plan to repurchase this.
The photo is of the sample I received when I purchased the full-size Kim Jeong-moon Aloe Cure.
