My lips used to crack and bleed often, but after applying this before bed, the dead skin cells disappear and there's no more bleeding. It's so much better than lip balm in winter. When my skin is dry or I have bruises with scabs, it works wonders. I find it far superior to Fucidin ointment or body emulsion. It's an essential item for seasonal changes and winter. Instead of using sheet masks or searching for Vaseline, I scoop some out and use it as an overnight mask. When I wake up, it's great for soothing blemishes and calming the skin. The scent might be hit or miss for some people. I've gotten used to it with frequent use, but I really disliked the fragrance in the past. Apart from it being discontinued and extremely difficult to find, this is an absolutely fantastic product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 21, 2021
I've tried countless lip balms like Carmex, Vaseline, Uriage, L'Occitane, and more, but this product is the best. It doesn't irritate my lips, removes dead skin cells exceptionally well, and provides outstanding hydration. It absorbs slowly, and since there's no stick version, you have to apply it with your fingers, which can be messy. The large size means it takes a while to use up. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 14, 2020
I love the slight cooling effect when applied. It's fantastic for those times when my hands, legs, or heels get super dry and flaky. I just slather it on before bed, and wake up to silky smooth skin! It's even great as a lip balm substitute! Personally, I think the volume is a bit much. I'd love to see a smaller version available. Pro tip: Mix it with your body emulsion before bedtime to really tackle those dead skin cells! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 31, 2020
I'm using this product as a lip balm substitute, and I absolutely recommend it! When I apply a thick layer on my lips before bed or before putting on makeup, it gently lifts dead skin cells, making them easy to remove and leaving my lips feeling clean. That's why I prefer this over regular lip balm - I even decant it into smaller containers to carry around and apply throughout the day. It's truly amazing! If there's one drawback, it's the minty scent. I personally enjoy it, but those who dislike mint might not find it suitable. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 30, 2020
It's so versatile! When applied to areas with dead skin cells, it leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth. You can even use it on your lips like Vaseline. If you leave it on for about 10 minutes and then rinse with water, it removes lip flakes perfectly! The only downside is that it seems a bit pricey for the amount you get. If you apply it to blemishes before bed, you'll wake up to find they've significantly reduced! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 26, 2020
Apply this to your lips before bed, and after brushing your teeth in the morning, gently wipe with a cotton swab. You'll be left with incredibly plump, gorgeous lips! It's the best for removing dead skin cells from your lips. I tried it on my skin once when it was super dry, but my face turned red the next day, so I only use it on my lips now. The hydration is amazing! Other lip balms disappear quickly, but this one stays on even after sleeping! My skin is super sensitive, so when I used it on my face, it turned red. Make sure to patch test before using! If you apply a generous amount to your lips before sleeping, you'll wake up with no dead skin cells at all! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 7, 2020
This is like a multi-purpose cream similar to Vaseline. I mainly use it as a lip balm and on dry areas. It's even better than Vaseline for lips and incredibly effective at removing dead skin cells! I'm on my third jar now, and it's so good that my parents, grandmother, and aunt all use it. Its versatility makes it even more appealing. You can use it like a mask on elbows, heels, and knees. My grandmother says she uses it like tiger balm on bruises (this is just her personal opinion). It's also great for applying to slightly achy spots. I use it as a lip balm every day. While it's more effective than anything else as a lip balm, I can't guarantee you'll love the taste or smell! I really recommend this as a lip balm! I used to have terrible lip flaking, but since I've been using this consistently, my dead skin cells have been reducing! (The small size is great for touch-ups and exfoliation on-the-go, while the larger jar is perfect for an at-home lip mask treatment.) It's also great as a moisturizer for very dry areas and can be used as a mask. When applied, it's not a perfect green color, more like a transparent tint with a hint of green. I sometimes wear it alone and it doesn't look noticeably green. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinMar 27, 2020
I've been using this product on my lips like Vaseline, so I haven't tried it on my face yet! My review and rating are based on using it on my lips. - Lip Moisturization: I apply it with a cotton swab, and it's much more hydrating than stick lip balms. - Dead Skin Cell Removal: I usually apply it generously at night. In the morning, when I gently wipe with a toner pad, the softened dead skin cells come off! - Texture: It's about the consistency of Vaseline - easy to spread. - Ingredients: My lips are super sensitive and can't handle just anything. But even when I slather on this aloe cream, there's no inflammation or itching at all! It might be a bit heavy for facial skin due to its rich texture. When using it on my lips, I didn't notice any particular downsides. For those who find it doesn't suit their face, I recommend using it as a Vaseline alternative! It's really effective at removing dead skin cells. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 20, 2020
I applied this to areas where I had acne or small pimples. When I put it on before bed, I noticed the blemishes had significantly subsided by the next morning! I also highly recommend this for those with a lot of dead skin cells on their lips!! Applying a generous amount before sleep made my lips much softer than using Vaseline. The downside is that it's extremely sticky... If you apply it, you absolutely must tie your hair back before going to bed. Other than that, I can't think of any other drawbacks. Applying it to your lips is my top recommendation! I also suggest putting it on acne-prone areas before sleeping! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 31, 2019
After removing my makeup at home, I used to struggle with lip tint stains and persistent dead skin cells on my lips. But now, I apply a suitable amount of this product before bed, and in the morning, I wipe it off with a wet wipe. It's amazing how all the dead skin cells disappear, leaving my lips smooth and supple. I love it! I mainly use it this way, but you can use it for various purposes beyond just exfoliating your lips. While it's good to use after properly disinfecting wounds, I'm also using it on areas with scars. Just don't apply it directly to open wounds... it might sting... so be careful. It's also great as a facial moisturizer, especially in winter... It's brutal! You can use it in summer too, no problem. I haven't had any blemishes pop up after using it on my face. Even though I have acne-prone and super sensitive skin, it seems to work well for me! I have no complaints whatsoever! I had no complaints at all. I have no complaints. I had absolutely no complaints. I have zero complaints. I had no issues whatsoever. I have nothing to complain about. I had no problems at all. I have no complaints to speak of. I had nothing but positive experiences. My whole family is using it happily! Sometimes I forget to apply it before bed, but even if I put it on when I have a moment and wipe it off 2-4 hours later, it still removes the dead skin cells effectively! The longer you leave it on, the better it softens and removes the dead skin cells. Also, it gives a slight warming sensation when applied, so if you enjoy that feeling, you might really like using this product! The photo shows how much we've used at my house so far!
