When first applied, it feels cool like hand sanitizer, but there's a strong alcohol scent. I didn't particularly feel that it had strong moisturizing power!

Usually, hand creams are too thick and leave my hands feeling greasy, but the July Me hand cream has a clean finish like hand sanitizer. The blackberry scent is subtle and pleasant!
