After using mostly pre-soaked pads for the past few years, I found using a toner with cotton pads a bit cumbersome. The cap dispenses too much product, making it inconvenient to use directly with hands as it tends to spill. The overall experience wasn't unique enough to make me feel like there are no alternatives, so I probably won't repurchase.

I use this as an exfoliating toner by applying it to a cotton pad. It seems to effectively smooth out my skin texture, and I love the fresh finish it leaves. Being formulated for combination to oily skin, it has a lightweight feel but still seems to effectively refine rough skin caused by dead skin cells and excess sebum.

Around the time I used up a third of the bottle, my face became extremely dry (not immediately after application, but over time). If you have dry or sensitive skin, you might experience this tingling. I'm not sure which ingredient causes it, but while other products are fine, this one stings for about 10-20 seconds after application. It's quite uncomfortable!

This product is fantastic for controlling excess oil! My T-zone was super oily, and if I took even a short nap with makeup on, it would be an oil party disaster with my makeup completely ruined. But since using this, I can nap without worry, and my makeup stays put much longer. Before, oil blotting sheets were a must for touch-ups, but now I can freshen up my makeup without them and it doesn't cake up. It's a game-changer!

It feels like a perfect blend between a BHA liquid and a cream toner! I'd say it's about 30% BHA and 70% cream. As soon as you wipe it off with a cotton pad, you can see an instant improvement in skin texture. The scent isn't overpowering, making it suitable even for those with fragrance sensitivities. I've been using BHA liquid products for a long time, but at some point, they started feeling too harsh. So I stopped using them alone and began mixing them with regular toners. When I saw this product on sale, I grabbed it at a great price. I think this will replace my BHA liquid from now on!
