I love that there's no residue left behind since it's a product you apply, massage in, and rinse off after showering. My face is naturally lighter than my body, so I'm satisfied with how it evens out my skin tone naturally when I apply it to my neck, shoulders, arms, and back. The gentle ingredients don't irritate my skin at all. I wish I had bought the larger size during the last sale! One pump is enough for my neck and décolletage, but I realize I'd need quite a bit more product to cover my shoulders, arms, waist, and hips. I'll have to wait for a discount to stock up. I use it during my evening shower, but by morning I need to use a separate brightening moisturizer again. I haven't tried it during the day, so I'm not sure about its lasting power, but it doesn't seem to last all day. After cleansing thoroughly, apply the product evenly to the areas where you want to even out your skin tone. Gently massage it in, then rinse off. It provides a uniform brightening effect.

Even though you rinse it off, it absorbs well, so you can apply it without hesitation. The skin tone difference can vary greatly depending on where you apply it. It's disappointing that even if you apply it evenly and rinse it off, some areas can end up looking patchy. Even after rinsing, since you're literally applying cream and then washing it off, there's a lingering uncomfortable feeling right after drying off. It's almost as if you haven't washed properly. As I have dry skin, I feel the hydration might be a bit lacking. My skin becomes dry, so I need to apply a body emulsion, but doing so reduces the brightening effect. Since it can easily become patchy, for areas where brightening moisturizers don't absorb well like knees or elbows, apply it once more separately to help even out the skin tone!
