I only tried it on the back of my hand, so it might be different on the face. Anyway, it has a matte feel, and there doesn't seem to be any brightening effect - or if there is, it's very subtle. This is actually a plus for me, as I specifically looked for one without white cast or brightening effects. Still, sunscreens, especially mineral ones, have a coating effect, so there's a slight glow which I find just right. The person I gifted it to is using it without any complaints. I think I'll buy another one to keep in stock!

●When applied to the face, it feels so drying that it's almost as if your skin might crack. However, it doesn't cause any blemishes.
●Cleansing is extremely difficult. A double cleanse is absolutely necessary.

●The texture is rich and oily, gliding on smoothly while forming a protective oil barrier. It's so effective that if it gets on your hands, it's hard to wash off even with cleansing foam and soap - it just stays slippery. This really demonstrates its waterproof capabilities.
●There's a slight white cast, but that's unavoidable given the product's nature, and it disappears quickly.
●The staying power seems excellent. Even after intense, sweat-inducing exercise, your skin feels surprisingly dry, as if you hadn't sweated at all.

While it's a bit disappointing that it doesn't absorb as smoothly as I'd like, I understand that's typical for mineral sunscreens, so I can't complain too much.

I love that it's a mineral sunscreen, so it provides immediate UV protection. Plus, the 3-pack bundle is generous!
